I called at 745am asking if possible to have my drains snaked today, Andrea was wonderful, she asked if she could call back in a few to make sure, she was able to fulfill my needs. Received a call back with " We will be there at 945. ". Done deal. Thank you Steve, Andrea and Randy!

I've used Fox for my residential and business and they are top notch. They are professional and are great at communicating. In the past some of the issues I've had with plumbing is poor communication, rescheduling, and tick tac add on fees. Not Fox they have done such a good job at my residential with a sump pump (pain in the A) I started using them for all my businesses.

Pablo came out today and fixed up a water valve behind the fridge. I live in a high-rise in down town and he was able to work with the on-site tech and finish the job in 30 minutes. He was well prepared for the job and we had no leaks during the process. He also tested it before you left to make sure there were no leaks. Thank you Fox!

We had Steve and his crew come out to install a garage sink, service our tankless water heater and help with a few other plumbing needs. Family owned business. I absolutely love Steve Fox plumbing. Been in my home almost 28 years. I have used Steve Fox numerous times. Nothing like having SDG&E come out and turn off your hot water heater instantly. Just my normal fall check with SDG&E and that's what happened. Thank God for fox Plumbing they came out that afternoon with a brand new water heater and I was up and running by that evening. Quality products and employees that care about their employer and their customers.

Very disappointed in Steve Fox Plumbing. I made two different appointments, and both times they called too late--last time 5 mins before--to tell me their plumber got hung up on another job! Not professional, not a good work ethic! The first time I could've forgave, but twice in a row! I won't be using their plumbing service again.

It can be hard to find a plumber you can trust- but this is one of them. Rene came over and was very polite, efficient and knowledgeable. He took care of what needed done at a fair price. No trying to get me to do a bunch of stuff not needed or charge me sky high labor rates. I could tell he was honest and straightforward with his assessments and felt like I was being prioritized as the customer. I would recommend hiring this company for any of your plumbing needs!

Terrible experience. These guys appear quite professional and knowledgeable, but they really don't know what they're doing.
Here's what they did for us:
We were adding a new powder room to our house and wanted a toilet and sink put in. This requires sewage and water.
Here's a list of what they screwed up and how it started falling apart days, weeks and month after job was done:
1. They "forgot" to put in pipe flashing on the vent pipe that exists the roof. So a few weeks after installation the first rain, and our roof started leaking!! Damaged ceiling and

I have been a client for a long time now... must be about 10 years. I have had consistently excellent service. My most recent repair was last week. The condo water main had to be turned off. The plumber was capable and the repairs were completed in a timely fashion. However, I was most impressed that he spoke with a neighbor who was irritated about the water issue himself. Now, the signs had been posted for 72 hours, but she had forgotten and had her dishwasher running. I offered to go and chat with her, but he insisted and handled her with sympathy and kindness. A clog is no fun, but a toilet clog is gross and disgusting. In a perfect world I would never need assistance with this issue, but in my older home, it comes with the territory. My man that saves the day from this plumbing place, is a true professional. He never makes me feel icky about our toilet issues, just takes care of the issue, offers advise on how to avoid these repeated calls, and makes my plumbing problems go away. I have dealt with several of Fox's technicians, but John has always been my favorite! :)

Steve Fox Plumbing did exactly what they were supposed to do! We had to do some repairs to our house before it sold. The lovely lady who scheduled the appointment gave me her email, so she could give me a quote before they sent someone out. The whole project cost about $200 bucks, and the experience was great!

I'm very, very late in submitting this review. I hired Steve Fox Plumbing in December 2013 to install a tankless water heater and whole-house filtration & softener system. As a disabled vet, I suffer from chronic ear infections caused by Staph bacteria in our tap water. My ear specialist felt that if I did this filtration system, it would go a long way to preventing the infections. I decided my little remaining hearing was worth the investment and started doing some research.
I purchased the systems myself after months of research. Steve had no issue with that..he was happy to install

Shame on you Steve Fox Plumbing! I have used this company before on a few occasions and was very pleased with both service and pricing. As a female I felt comfortable that they were a company that I could trust to give me a fair quote and a good assessment of the problem. I even referred them to my Grandmother yesterday who had plumbing work done by the company!
This morning Steve Fox plumbing dispatched Larry over for a simple garbage disposal replacement and was quoted $420 for a 1/2 horse power disposal and labor. I felt that to be excessive as I know I could go to Home Depot and price out
