Joe the owner is a master plumber but unfortunately that's not who is going to come to your house to fix your plumbing. My guy Felix was on the younger side and had only worked for the company for 5 months. Decent but not great. Replaced the pressure reducing valve out in garage. Forgot to put collar on first so had to unsweat the just installed pipe to install it (I had to point it out). And he did part of it out on my nice driveway instead of getting a scrap of wood so of course I have a burn mark from his torch.

Please note, it's very rare for me to be annoyed enough to post a review.
Purchasing manager and scheduler have been great on the phone.
First plumber was fine on changing out some flappers. However, 2 toilets still leaked after the flappers where changed.
Second plumber came out to
A) install 2 rainfall shower heads (1 decent size at 18inches and one big size to help me with installing at 40inches) and
B) check why the two toilets are still leaking.
Second plumber only checked the one toilet and than left to get parts. Never returned that day even when I called him to remind him

These guys were great. From the first call they were friendly and knowledgeable. They said they would happily come to work on a gas hookup as they are certified by SW Gas to handle such situations. They communicated throughout the process. Appointment was a breeze. Guy didn't have all right parts but that was due to an irregular size gas pipe fitting on my house. Had a quote from another company for over 400. They came out and did it for 150. Whew what a great company. Will keep these guys on speed dial for my plumbing and has needs.

Called to get a water spout outdoor fixed, wasn't sure what it needed so depended on them for the quote and inspection. I was told no problem pricing between $150-$200.00 ok, so I go ahead and schedule it only to find out a few hours prior to the work being done that oh it's somehow now a bigger job and going to cost $500.00 and cutting open a wall despite the first inspection not mentioning any of this. So now you have doubled the price and given me no valid explanation as to why it turned into double the price and a bigger job even though they had already come out and looked at the

I hired them twice to do work in my house. I have to say the company is organized, they communicate properly, their workers know what they're doing and they do a good job.
That being said they get paid per hour and they will drag time doing nothing to get more money out of you.

We've been a customer of this company for 20 years since our neighbor is now a retired employee. In the middle of the night, water heater #6 blew after only 2 years. So, I called first thing this morning and was told they would NOT honor the 6 year warranty and I would need to pay $1300 full price for a new install of the same crappy brand. So, I called around. Two other companies offered to honor the warranty and replace it. I was shocked! I've used AA Cassaro Plumbing twice, now. Once to fix a leak under my toilet and today to replace my kitchen faucets. When I initially called about my sink, the receptionist asked if I had my own replacement faucet and when I said I did not, she recommended I go purchase one at Lowe's or Home Depot because it would save me a LOT of money to buy it myself rather than have them provide it. Then all they have to do is install it for me. I thought that was really nice and honest! Both plumbers that have been to my house are very friendly and professional, and service is speedy and affordable

Once again AA Cassaro holds the title of the best plumbing company in Las Vegas. Yesterday Albert came to our home to look at a faulty garbage disposal. He was efficient, smart, and very thorough. Explained exactly what he did and why. This company is honest and fair.

We recently used their service because our water heater warranty was only covered by a limited amount of plumbers. They did not arrive until 4 hours later than our given time, they billed us for the time the plumber drove from Henderson to our home in the Southwest which I have never heard of before in my life. He did not quote us a price before, he told verbally an amount to give him cash for with no invoice or receipt so we declined payment until someone from the office would contact us. Numerous phone calls and messages left to call us...still never heard from them until 2 weeks later we received

We needed some work done on the toilets at my office and since I had Cassaro out to my house and were terrific I called them. They were awesome as I knew they would be. Showed up when they said they would and were actually here at my office before I was! The technician came in, was professional, fast and got it all taken care of in less than an hour. Very reasonable in price and we are all great.

AA Cassaro Plumbing were quick, informative, and communicated with me on addressing the problem! Ben came out and was able to fix a clog that a previous plumbing company gave me the run around on and said they would need to fix from the roof... which they were not able to do.
Ben was efficient and able to fix the problem that effected both my house and my neighbors. I would recommend AA Massaro to anyone in need of a great plumber!

Jerry Ridge and Ben came out to redo my mom's shower.These two gentlemen were professional even when times got tough. There was an issue with the drain pipe when they pulled up the old shower pan, these two were able to fix the problem so that it would work properly. There were so many issues that these two professionals faced being that it was an old house. They worked late into the night and refused to leave until the job was done perfectly. I would definitely recommend this company and these two specific plumbers to anyone.
