Bill at Ridge Way is excellent. He was able to look at my garage door very quickly, addressed that the reason the springs broke was because they were not the right ones that had been installed by someone else. He was right back over the next day with the proper replacement springs and installed them in no time at all- maybe 30 minutes. I highly recommend them when it comes to speed, knowledge and installation.

Ridgeway was amazing! Our garage wouldn’t open all the way, so I did a quick google search found Ridgeway and got an answer immediately with no prompts. Within 30 minutes we had a phone call from Tre who came out to diagnose the problem, which was the spring. Tre left to get a part and called when he was on his way back to replace it that same day. When finished Tre even sprayed it down with WD-40 and made sure everything sounded right. We were very pleased with their services and will use them in the future.

Bill came out to fix a loose spring on my 3rd garage door and give a quote on a opener to my 3rd garage. I also had him look at the springs and tension rods the previous owner had painted on the main door. He quoted the job and was a excellent price. So I had him quote and install a new opener springs and tension rod on the main door also. Work was done quickly and efficiently. He took the time to answer every question throughout the process. And explain everything he did and why. Even as I called and emailed additional questions before the date of install. The double springs on the main door jumped

I called Ridge Way after reading all the great Google reviews, plain and simple.
But why did I need to call Bill at Ridge Way? Well, our laundry room is located directly above our garage and I was trying to be Mr. Fix-It in there, but I left the water drain hose out while doing a load of laundry. Needless to say, the wife came out of the garage screaming at me because water was gushing out through our light fixture, right next to the garage motor. We shut off the water and waited for things to chill out.
The motor worked, but only raised the door a foot or two. Acting very strange, so I knew
