Bad experience with this people, STAY AWAY!.had my new a/c installed back in 2018 paid them 13k...and now July 2021 my a/c wasn't cooling, I called them to service it and they said that I needs a new compressor, but don't worry still is under warranty just paid the labor, and I was like ok how much for the labor.....they wanted another 3k to fix it. This is the type business they run THEY JUST WANT YOU MONEY 💰 BAD QUALITY UNITS...now it gets interesting so I called another company for a second opinion and they said that the unit is working properly with no issues whatsoever and wasn't cooling

I wouldn't really recommend them, though I've used them a number of times. Their technicians are high pressure salesmen, and you must fight and haggle with them or they will absolutely take you to the cleaners without a second thought.
Normally they do good work, but I had them install a new unit at my duplex and they've been out twice since then because it's not sufficiently cooling. I don't know if they installed too small of a unit or what, but considering the entire thing is new, you wouldn't think efficiency would be a problem.

Do not use this company. Happy to take your money for a new unit and install it that day. It doesn’t function as it’s meant to. They send a tech out hours later to the call who was “the closest” and didn’t know how to fix it. Kept giving excuses about the outside temp is the issue. But I’d believe that if our other unit THEY INSTALLED was doing the same. But guess what it is working fine. He leaves telling us to push the unit to its max as we have a warranty, it did nothing. Really like this company! Excellent service from start to finish. The technician showed up as scheduled and got us fixed up. I was charged fairly and I appreciated receiving a text including a photo verifying who would be coming to my home for the repair. Definitely will call for my future plumbing needs.

The people at Will's All Pro were helpful and very nice. Christy was able to get an appointment set for me last minute, and had a very pleasant demeanor. When Doug Rivera (plumber) arrived he tested the system to verify complaint, and also to make sure not to replace items that were not needed. Doug was very skilled, knowledgeable, and personable. When these guys come out they are fully stocked and ready to get to work right away, unlike other plumbers who don't have materials or tools to perform the repairs or diagnostics and will have to reschedule a real plumber to return at a later date. Will's All Pro has been professional, courteous and great advocates toward our home insurance. Our homeowners insurance had initially turned us down to cover any amount of our plumbing project, but William advocated on our behalf and got some of the project covered to our great surprise. Shout out to Benjamin and the All Pro Crew. All I can say is wow. This crew at Wills All Pro are amazing. Not only did they do the job about 5x faster than I expected, they did it with such precision and swiftness you wouldn’t believe it if you saw it . There was a massive tree that had crushed my main water pipe from the city meter. I thought that tree would have to be torn down and removed completely. The All Pro crew showed up around 8am and finished the job in about 8-10 hours or so only stopping for a quick pizza break. They were like doctors in an operating room able to cut through the

$482 to replace this $24 fireplace valve. It was not leaking and there was an access door directly leading to the 2 pieces that needed to be unscrewed to replace it (no drywall, siding, or stucco demo needed).
They called ask how my service went. I explained I was taken advantage of as I did not receive a breakdown of parts/labor when I received my invoice after the service was done. They promised a manager call back. Instead I have received 4 follow up calls trying to be unsold on other products. Every time I tell them I'm not interested and I'm still waiting for a manager call back.
