As new homeowners, we were faced with a very challenging situation. We had extensive damage to our heating system that also made our home almost unlivable. Within moments of my request for a quote, Earthwise contacted me. Within an hour of our conversation, they sent out heaters for us to use until they could come out and address our problem. My heat went out on New Year's Eve (Friday night). Steve not only answered the phone, he brought me 2 furnaces to use until he could assess the problem on Monday. He called me on Sunday to set up a time for service on Monday. The technician would be at my home at 7:30am on Monday and he was. My furnace was old and so we ended up replacing it. Steve was able to schedule replacement the same day. The team that did the install were awesome. I cannot say enough about what a great job they did. I highly recommend Earthwise to my clients and now I know personally how great of a company they are!

Because they couldn't get here right away when our furnace went out, they brought portable heaters for us for free. Then the next day they came by as early as they could, 7:30 in the morning, and fixed our furnace. Unlike other technicians I've worked with, instead of insisting that I replace a part, they simply repaired it. Then they tested the unit several times. It has been working wonderfully ever since. This is my go-to company from now on. And while several companies are raising their rates, earthwise is still charging fairly for their repairs. I would recommend them to anyone, and I've already

Just wanted to give a HUGE shoutout to Steve and his gang over at Earthwise Heating & Cooling.
I've been using "those other popular guys" in Cornelius since we installed our last heat pump 15 yrs ago.
The last 2 summers have cost me a fortune in service calls replacing the very expensive R22 coolant due to a leak ... that was also never fixed. Then the blower motor died last week. They gave us a bid on a unit similar to what we already had and said they could install it mid-DECEMBER.
I called Steve and he came out that very NIGHT to take a look. That was 6 days ago.

Earthwise has done an absolutely phenomenal job installing our central cooling system. Steve coordinated everything so that it'll be done in one day which meant having his crew and an electrician on site. Everyone was so nice and professional. I can't recommend this company enough. A couple of weeks ago, during the hottest days of the year so far, our air conditioner went out. Earthwise Heating and Cooling came out the day after I called. Found the unit to be beyond repair, but hey it was 25 years old, it had a good run. Within three business days I had a new central air conditioner installed and my house was comfortable again. Very friendly, very professional and at what I felt a very reasonable price. Other companies I talked to prior, told me it would be two weeks before they could even come out for an estimate. I definitely recommend them!

Great company! Don't find them like this anymore! Punctual, honest, fast response, nice, very transparent in the process, and I could tell they were proud of their work. Stayed until the job was done, even though it went a little late. I used them 2 years ago to clean/get a bit more life out of the old 29 yr air conditioner, used now to install a new one, and will use again in the future for any of our HVAC needs. Highly recommend!
