Simply put, this loan starts as a construction loan and becomes a mortgage loan once you move into your new custom home. There are several advantages to using the construction-to-permanent loan including single closing, reduced fees and interest-only payments during construction.

I've heard horror stories from people who had homes built. But this is NOT the case with LaBram Homes. Dale was on top of his crews at all times and all were very professional to work with. Our overall experience was exemplary!! I highly recommend LaBram Homes to anyone thinking of building a home. We love our home and receive compliments and praise all the time! Living in a different state made the building process challenging. Elisa Verch handled the special circumstances with professionalism and grace! Her new superintendent Brandon is an amazing person, absolute pleasure to work with.
