I am very pleased with the service that I received from Air Experts Heating & Cooling. I called for heating service in the very early am, and a Service Tech (Oscar Angeles Duran) was at my home approximately 6 hours later. I called due to heat on, but no heat. Oscar Angeles Duran was both friendly and professional, he quickly diagnosed my issue, and discussed the resolution with me. Most importantly, Oscar Angeles Duran adhered to COVID safety precautions by arriving at my home fully masked. There are numerous Heating and Air companies to select from, I am very confident that I made a wise choice

After a recent ice storm, our outside heating unit would not spin the fan up. Air Experts showed up promptly with a tech that was professional and respectful of our property. He explained our repair options and we are able to quickly resolve our issues. Overall good. I stop just short of five stars because they have positioned their pricing in a way that is kind of weird to me. They offered a repair at $1,600, or a comprehensive "maintenance service annual plan" for just $3 more. So, I could pay $1,600 get the unit fixed and we both walk away, or, for three bucks more, get the unit fixed, and get

I called late morning on a Saturday and they offered an appointment the same day for that evening. Mind you this is January so I am certain there were many appointments already booked for heating issues that day. They called back acouple of hours later because the repair professional had finished other jobs ahead of schedule and arrived at our home that afternoon. Very professional, pleasant, patient and thorough!

The service tech was great, very prompt and communicative. Where I felt a good bit confused is that I paid for a part that was under full manufacturer's warranty. Air Experts was going to get fully reimbursed for the part from the manufacturer, and then they also charged me for the part, so very unusual, and not what I'm used to. Normally I pay for the service call and labor, but not a warrantied part, so not too happy with that. Seems like double dipping to me. I have a service plan with them as well, but I didn't feel like I got any benefit from that at all.....not a good first impression.

I’ve used them for a few years and they provide good service at a fair price. They call and text you before arriving, so you know which worker is providing the service. All of the different servicemen have been respectful and kind. The best we’ve had so far though is Eric Johnson.

Air Experts Heating & Cooling was excellent with their service. They got me in on the same day I called when my heat shut down. Mark Fachorn came out earlier than expected, was very knowledgeable on the work he did. He followed all COVID rules with mask and shoe covering. Was very helpful and kind. I set up a two visit a year with them because I was very impressed with their service. I will recommend them to anyone that needs heating and cooling services.

We had Kyle Krieger come to unclog one of our drain pipes that was causing a backup of water to the main drip pan. The call center was excellent and was able to have our routine maintenance for the year at the same time. His shop vac malfunctioned but he was able to use ours and took 15% off the fee as a result which was an unexpected but very much appreciated plus. We’ve always had a great experience with this company for our HVAC maintenance and they continue to do a great job each year. Thanks!

Torrie Jones has been our service rep for many years. He is always professional and very good at air and heat system maintenance. But he goes over and beyond the call of duty to provide proactive customer service. After experiencing an unhappy sales meeting with a Raleigh Heating and Air sales rep, and we decided to repair the old system, and look for another company to purchase a new one. When Torrie arrived with the part to repair the old unit, he insisted the unhappy experience was not a norm for his company. He encouraged us not to invest in the old system. He immediately called his office
