I had a microwave repaired few months back by Aero and it is working well. Though the work done is good it could have been better handled if a business expects a return customer.
I talked to Aero Service when a rental property microwave stopped working (with lights on but not heating). I provided model, year and other details and explained the issue to Aero and how much would replacement cost of a new Microwave from BestBuy would be. He noted from the model and the problem that I defined what the issue with Microwave was. His visiting cost was nearly 20 percent of new microwave.

My washing machine had stopped working Sunday night and I called Aero Appliance right away. Joe called Monday morning and we scheduled for that afternoon. I told him the issue over the phone and he knew what the problem was. He came over and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. No nonsense, very courteous, honest and charged a reasonable price for the work. He also fixed the loud spinning problem on my front loader in addition to fixing the circuit board for half the price he quoted me over the phone. He definitely knew what he was doing. I'll be recommending this guy to my neighbors

5 stars for customer service. It's Mother's Day today and my GE gas range broke down. GE gave me a service appointment 5 days after. I had to turn off the main gas line which meant no heat.
I call Aero for help. I got back a prompt callback with instructions on how to handle the situation without having to spend money and get them to visit my home.
Yes, they gave me instructions that would lose them my business for the short term while I wait for GE.

I have used Joe for a number of repairs over the years and have been nothing less than completely satisfied. I consider myself a bit of a handyman and do as much as I can myself but I also know when it is time to call a pro. Joe is accessible, affordable, knowledgeable, nice, on time, and honest. I am not sure there is much more you could ask for.
While it is always a little tricky offering referrals, especially to family and friends-for fear of something not going well then feeling somewhat responsible-I would never hesitate giving a recommendation to contact Joe.

I manage a restaurant in Fremont and we are so grateful to have found Joe about a year ago. Our stackable washer and dryer are constantly working and have been for the past 8 years. Now, as the appliance is nearing the end of its life, Joe continues to come in and work miracles.
