Your choices used to be gas or electric, but now there are tankless, and oil commercial water heaters, as well as solar and multi-fuel. Our focus is on gas, electric, and tankless. Choosing the proper commercial water heater will be determined by your needs. You want to make sure your water heater is large enough for your needs, however you want to make sure you are not spending money that you don't need to.
In order to install a gas BBQ or Fire Pit one needs to know what the local municipal codes are when installing a gas line to a BBQ or a Fire Pit. The work cannot be done without the proper permits, along with HOA recommendations if you live in an area involving HOA. These codes are put into place to not only protect yourself but your neighbors as well.
Tankless water heaters only heat the water when you turn on a faucet. The advantage is to decrease your extra energy costs. When the tap for hot water is turned on, cold water is what travels through the pipe, and then whether you have gas or electric, the element heats the water. There are many advantages to having a tankless water heater.

Robbie was wonderful! He replaced our indoor water heater to outdoor tankless. As well as replaced our water pressure. Things didn't go as planned and he made time to come back and finish the project quickly. He also replaced two toilets and repaired shower heads. He was willing to come back to check on things as we had buildup after heater had been moved. Really appreciate his responsiveness and professionalism. Will use him again in the future!

Relying on word-of-mouth, we decided to engage the services of a handyman familiar with our property to complete the task. My son had damage done to his walls in a few areas of the house. Although Robbie specializes in plumbing, he said he could patch the holes for him. Robbie did an amazing job, and after my son's place received a new paint job--there's no evidence of any damage to the walls at all. I called Akamai Plumbing and Remodel and 3 other companies after SDGE shut off the gas to my condo due to an unidentified gas leak. Robbie was the only plumber to properly identify the issue. I simply needed a valve to be replaced, but there was no obvious way to open the glass cover to my gas fireplace. Some plumbers said they would need to break through my drywall or break the glass doors to get into the fireplace. In Aug 2016 I was looking for a bid for adding an addition to my home with two new bathrooms from scratch, 2 new laundry hookups, and a kitchen remodel. I didn't want anything tied into the existing lines and I told the rep. However, they wanted me to pay for a video inspection of existing lines to see if there were any issues prior to submitting a bid. I agreed and went with the company they recommended. In the meanwhile I also sent them copies of the plans via email.

Great service! I needed a faucet installed and two angkestops under kitchen sink replaced. This work was completed at a 60 unit condo complex where the main water controls for all units had to be shut-off. The shut-off was more complicated than I thought and the plumber went to through the process of finding the correct valves and patiently waited until 60 units of water drained. We had a leak in the garage and didn't know where it was coming from. They came out very quickly, diagnosed the problem, and installed a new water heater. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of my many questions(and I had a lot). Once they told me the price I immediately hopped online and started making phone calls to compare. Robbie Sandavol and his crew are the Best! He has done numerous jobs at our house from Gas line installation to dishwasher install and a water line for Ice maker along with sink installs. Swallowed my pride today and called a Pro to take care of some plumbing that required welding. I had a pretty serious leak (811) that needed some quick attention - these guys were on the spot first responders. In under an hour Aaron troubleshot, replaced and tested and my pressure regulator. He did the job under the national average cost for parts and labor, and was friendly to boot! These guys deliver in a crunch and exceed expectations.

Robbie and his helper came and changed out my water heater, after several plumbers didn't know what to do with it (it has a special type of flu vent). I got several quotes from plumbers but they were all much higher than what Robbie quoted me. The service was very prompt and professional. He arrived when he said he was going to arrive, he didn't try to sell me anything extra (unlike other plumbers), and he did top notch workmanship. I will definitely use him again in the event I have a plumbing or remodeling project for him to do.
