Anthony scheduled an appointment for 11am at one of our family's investment properties. After driving 25 minutes to the home, we get a text seven minutes prior to our appointment from Anthony stating he would be there closer to 11:30. We waited 45 minutes - no call, no show. I sent a message sharing how disappointed we were with his lack of professionalism and lack of communication. Anthony simply responded, "Merry Christmas" A real class act. I wouldn't give this bum a mop job.

This place is The Real Deal!! It's a family owned business. Owner's name is Anthony and he is very upfront, professional and congenial. He will personally come out and give you a free diagnosis/estimate of the job. You will pay either that exact amount or less, never over estimated price!! Anthony and his assistant Junior came over on the scheduled date and time and diagnosed/repaired the washing machine pipe leak job in under an hour! I contacted several other plumbing companies and was quoted a higher amount just for a diagnosis!! Kristen does the scheduling and books and is very professional

Royalty Plumbing to the rescue!!! I may currently try to sell my house and during an inspection it was identified the my siphon value had a leak. After talking to another company that I had done business with in the past told me they could not fix it, I contacted Royalty Plumbing. Not only did they quote me a great price but they came out the same day. The tech Junior was very professional and did quality work. I will definitely use them again for all my future plumbing needs.

I hired this company to install a garbage disposal on a sink that never had one before. They gave me a price over the phone and had availability right away. Junior came out the next day and installed the disposal and was so friendly. We really appreciated his service and will definitely hire Royalty Plumbing again.

We’ve had out Royalty Plumbing twice. Once to repair a leak in the meter on our side. We had 2 companies come out. One couldn’t repair it without ripping up the sidewalk and our bushes. We called Royalty as a second opinion. Yes it was more difficult to do without ripping and cutting into the sidewalk, but they did it and in 110 degrees for several hours. Highly impressed with their ability and willingness to try harder than their competitors and save us money.
Called again for a quick garbage disposal repair. Easy peasy for them and easy on my budget. Both guys who came out were professional
