We had a backed up washer drainage pipe that was overflowing from the washer box - a rather new development. Scrambled to find a plumber who could address this as quickly as possible and recalled Edward's handiwork and excellent customer service from a previous job.
I called Twin Plumbing in the AM, left a voicemail, and the owner, Scott, promptly responded. I asked if he could accommodate a small window of time I had, between 12:30 and 2 PM. Despite having his busy schedule he made it happen and got the job done. Problem solved!

Scott showed up to "clean-up" after previous plumber. Readily identified the problem with a tub spout leak. Replaced the pipe, spout fixture, and overflow drain cover. Also added the finishing touches to previously "completed" job by the other company. Honest, to the point work.
Also recommended alternatives to water treatment to help prevent future pipe issues.

Twin Plumbing came and went expeditiously. Repaired area blends in with outdoor landscape. Cost of new sod was saved. Overall repair cost was reasonable. Customer service/communication was great. We called with an emergency. Someone was dispatched same day to assess our problem. Work was completed the next day, and confirmation of work completion occurred the day after. We worked with Edward. He was courteous, punctual, knowledgeable, answered all my questions (I had a lot of questions), and ensured all my concerns were addressed prior to departure. Would use them again

Scott was very responsive and professional, he was able to come to our home within 24 hours of speaking to me. He came out and did a thorough inspection of the two areas where we had potential plumbing concerns. He was able to check for moisture or any other leak indicators and ease our concerns. We are fortunate in that we didn't need to have any extensive repairs done, but I'm glad to know I can call Scott in the future if something more significant does arise.

Dalton we truly appreciate your honest advice. Thanks to you we saved considerable amount. We were told by four other company reps that our home is full of mold and water damage and no way out than to remove the walls and get it clean. and to do that will have to move out. When Dalton inspects the home, he showed us that it was not the case, his recommendation was that we have miner issues and can be fixed in a day for few hundred dollars. Jimmy and Dalton are life savers. We found black mold in our bedroom and I was panicked of course for health reasons. After sending them photos they immediately returned my calls, spoke with my husband and I. My neighbor's water pressure use to be low. Come to find out there were rocks inside the plumbing. There are plenty of other weird issues in this hamlet that Scott knows about. However, there ain't enough time to go through everything and my thumbs are getting cramped.

This is a follow-up to my review below from two years ago. A year after installation, our shower sliding door developed a problem - the glass warped, and it dragged when trying to close. This was a manufacturer's defect - not an installation problem. I contacted Dave & he called the manufacturer who refused to honor the warranty. Dave stepped up and covered the cost himself to install a replacement door. It took some time to get the manufacturer to send the new door, but eventually it arrived, and was installed by a handyman, again at Twin Home Expert's expense. I truly appreciate Dave's attitude

I didn't actually have Twin Plumbing come over to my residence because Scott was able to help me over the phone with the issue I was observing. It was clear to me that he was motivated to help me solve my problem, rather than making a sale or setting up a service call. I will contact Twin Plumbing next time I need help.

First time customer, & will be a returning one from now on. We had a leak under a bathroom sink, had to turn off the water for a few hours, & called several plumbers. Only got voicemails, until we called Twin Plumbing. Thankful Scott answered & said he could come & fix our problem. He took care of the leak in a very short time. He noticed we didn't have a pressure regulator outside on the mail water pipe & recommended one. He had what he needed in his truck, put one on, & set the pressure.

We had a flood in our kitchen and Twin Plumbing responded quickly. We had to deal with insurance and they were a great help. After the flood I had them replace some of our older plumbing. Just recently they found the source of a water leak at my mother-in-law's house. I called and they were there in less than 20 minutes with a quick diagnosis. Top notch service all the way around.
