Mario came out and did a repair to my water heater. Not only did he go out of his way to find parts to get it fixed the same day, he called me back an hour later and again the next evening to make sure it was still working right. I would definitely call them again for any pluming issues.

My 8-yr-old water heater was leaking from the drain valve. I was told by other companies to replace the tank. I called Shawn (the most courteous and knowledgeable) Service Manager of Sound Plumbing and Heating. His Master Plumber, Darron came out and quickly noticed that my water heater connectors were improperly installed, including the gas line. He did a tune up on the unit, replaced the anode rod (corroded and limescale build-up), replaced the plastic drain valve with a high quality brass one, and repositioned the tank and readjusted all connectors and fittings TO PERFECTION.
