When J & J Air Conditioning began in 1978, the company had only two service technicians offering basic HVAC maintenance and repair. Today, J & J Air Conditioning is one of the larger HVAC service companies in Silicon Valley, taking care of nearly 900 commercial and industrial buildings. We offer our customers services that range from preventive maintenance to the design and installation of custom systems.
Our Service Department is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Emergency service response time is two hours or less. We offer a one-year warranty on parts and labor for all repairs. A highly-trained primary and secondary service technician is specifically assigned to your building so he can get to know you and your HVAC systems.
J & J Air Conditioning's Building Energy & Controls department installs full energy management systems, centralized graphic-based scheduling, and monitoring workstations, as well as after-hours HVAC bypass and automated tenant billing systems. Lighting and access control can also be integrated with the control system.
Our experienced and professional engineering staff specializes in a wide variety of commercial HVAC design projects. We carefully evaluate our solutions in terms of cost to build, cost to own, and life cycle. Owner Jerry Hurwitz, General Manager, James Sandoval, Frank Quintanar Service Manager and Ed Chan Construction manager and their awesome teams saved our family home after a fire!! J&J Air cares about their customers and their safety is priority one. They made sure we will have a clean environment and did magic on our home. James Sandoval made sure my insurance company understood the necessity of replacing all my duct work and specially engineered an amazing unit so we didn't live in a toxic environment

Our company had been having some AC issues and we were tired of the misdiagnosis of other companies who came ill prepared and assumed we didn't know to set the thermostat.
J&J Air came and within a short time identified the issue that other companies had missed. He then notified us of the issue and scheduled to come the next day with parts to fix the issue.
Don't be fouled by low quotes and multiple bills from other companies. Get your AC fixed right the first time. In the end these "lower cost" companies cost you more. Both in numerous bills and wasted time.

We have had J&J air several times over the past year to our business and our system has NEVER worked completely. They come out and fix a problem and then a week later something else goes wrong. The heat and A/C in our business has only worked periodically and we have spent over $5000 with nothing to show for it.
They always say it is a new problem and ALWAYS charge us for coming out. NEVER USING THEM AGAIN

I have had a bad experience with J&J Air. First, they are always late, and not on time. I have to change my work schedule to meet them so they can fix/repair my AC/Heating unit. The owner (Jerry Hurwitz) has over billed me a few times, that is fraud. Plus trying to over sell me on products/materials. I have reported them to the Santa Clara County BBB & State Department Consumer Affairs for there unethical business dealings! Stay away from J&J Air & Owner "Jerry Hurwitz", it will be the BEST thing you can ever do, save yourself the headaches!!
