Our AC died on a Saturday and Joe was at our house on Tuesday morning with a new, more efficient unit and everything needed to finish the job. I texted pics to help determine what was needed. Joe never tried to up-sell us and his prices were completely competitive. The job was finished before noon. I can't recommend him enough! Whether he knows it or not, he is now our go to guy for any heating or cooling problems I can't fix myself.

I am so happy I chose this company! Joe immediately scheduled a time to visit my home rental at my and my tenant's convenience. My tenants stated the inspection visit, as well as work completed (new furnace and new ducts) went exceptionally well and was happy with the work performed. As a landlord my mantra is Happy Tenants equate to Happy Landlords : ) Thank you Joe ... I will definitely use your services again for any of my future needs. I hired Jose because there was water leaking from my heating ducts and dripping from the 1st-floor ceiling when I ran the A/C. He knew what the problem was right away (it was the p-trap.) He ended up cleaning the ducts and servicing both the furnace and A/C, fixing a couple of small problems along the way. He was punctual and polite and gave me a good price. In addition, he noticed that two of my registers (vent covers) were old while the rest were new. (I bought the wrong size replacements and never finished the job.) He had the correct size for the two registers in his van so he replaced them

Joe is the real-deal Christian Business man. Joe spent hours looking for the AC leak and then repairing my 20+ year old HVAC system. I've lived in the house 20 years and it was built abt 8 or 10 years prior so this HVAC is super old. Another company's estimate was more than double to pressure test and repair a leak however if the coil leaked then I would have to buy a whole new HVAC syatem said the other company. Joe saw my worry about money and he helped me out big big time. True Brother in Christ.

Joe came to my home clean out a very clogged dryer duct. I expect it was more clogged than he expected but did a great job, cleared the duct and reconnected the dryer and stuck with the original estimate. He was super friendly and patient and left the work area cleaner than he found it. I would highly recommend him and will use him again.

I contacted him through yelp for replacing an old furnace. He offered a competitive price, which prompted me to replace a 2nd furnace (in another house). He showed up to job on time and was able to finish both houses on time as planned. I checked the work at the end. Very nice and clean job. Both furnaces work great. I definitely recommend him to anyone needing A/C / Heating services.

I am so so happy to find Joe! He is super nice and professional.
It's hard to find someone in one day, and the process usually can end up with an estimation, then another appointment and so on..
Joe just came, found the issue and resolved immediately. He also did a great maintenance job to extend the life of my AC.

My 25 year old heater would not start up this year. I called a few HVAC guys based on their reviews on Yelp. Joe was the first one to respond, gave an appointment a couple days later. He diagnosed the problem to a broken circuit board. Joe Selma explained the problem in detail, gave us our options. After considering all options, we decided to replace the entire heater on which they did a great job including bringing it upto code. We had some old asbestos duct work in the attic. Again Joe gave us many options including doing nothing, we finally decided to wrap it with bubble wrap for max efficiency

AC went out one day and we have a newborn at home! Asked for some quotes on Yelp and Joe was able to fit me in within a few hours.
He was able to diagnose the problem within minutes and had the replacement parts in his truck.
The work took about 30 minutes but he did charge his minimum labor cost (1 hour I believe).
Excellent, professional service! All in all would use again!
