Phil and Cody came to fix the AC unit at our rental property. Even though they had a lot of jobs, they were able to fit us into their schedule. They were friendly, on time, efficient, thorough, and very easy to work with. The problem was fixed quickly and they even inspected the ducts to make sure there were no other issues. I highly recommend their services to everyone.

Our A/C was having issues and we had tried to use YouTube to see if we could fix this on our own. No luck. We called this guy and he showed up on the same day and on time! Wow! When he arrived, he was super friendly and listened to our A/C issues. I used Bartlett in the past and was very happy with the cost and result. This time was no different either. My furnace was short cycling and I suspected it was partly due to my Nest thermostat. Do a search on the internet on nest short cycling and you will see what I mean. Phil found a few things wrong which he suspected may haVe contributed to the problem and fixed them. Price was reasonable and to top it off, Phil is a prettY cool guy.

We had a wall furnace issue. Before contacting Bartlett, I ruled out the issue with Thermostat, Limit Switch, and Pilot light. So I suspected it's due to a bad gas valve, yes with a lot of Googling! I then contacted Bartlett Heating, Phil did some analysis and confirmed it's a gas valve issue. He gave me a quote and I gave me the green light. When he opened up the Furnace, he noticed there is a visible crack in the burning chamber, probably about 10 inches wide. He told me about the finding and now I have a choice to replace the furnace, or just the gas valve. He was very clear

Thanks to Phil and the crew at Bartlett Heating & Air Conditioning we have a warm home. We had a old heater, made in 1977. Called the Rent check collector, had Phil out to take a look at this antique. Lets just say when you turned on the heat a 2 foot flame shoots out the bottom.
Phil set up a expert install and when I came home there she was a Safe, modern heater. Thanks Bartlett Heating and AC. They did a great job, called me to follow up on the install went well and is ready for use. We have it on now works great.

A great experience from start to finish. I was quoted a reasonable price, the parts came in sooner than expected, my heater was working within a couple of weeks.
Phil and Cody were both very nice, very professional and very knowledgeable.

A year later, I called them to inspect my furnace as I thought it was no longer heating. The brother (the one with a loud voice who claims 30 years of experience) came, did not run any diagnostics but claimed I should replace my furnace. I did not follow his advice. 3 months later, the furnace is still working fine. So, beware.

Great service! They arrived early, after confirming it was alright to, and discovered my issue quickly. They also suggested some changes to my filtration system that had been bugging me, and were able to replace the broken part and install the new filter system shortly after. The prices were fair and I never felt like I was being pressured to change anything. Additionally, everyone I dealt with were very nice and seemed very trustworthy.

These guys are great! They replaced the furnace and a/c today in my apartment. They were on time and they had great communication with me the entire time they were here. They made sure to lay down cloths on my light colored carpet so it wouldn't get dirty and I appreciate that they did. They made sure both my furnace and a/c were working properly before they left. I enjoyed working with them and will recommend their company to my friends/family.

They charged for a repair and the heater stopped working as soon as they left. They refused to come back to investigate the problem but insisted I pay the bill. A company employee (female) called me on the phone and said "you pay me now or I will sue you and put a lien on your house!" Then she hung up on me. I have never seen such unprofessional behavior. Usually people stand behind their work but not this company.

I cannot say enough about this company, they've saved us on two occasions. First time our air conditioning was not working and although they were busy they made the time to come and look at it. Luckily they were able to fix the problem and we've not had any issues since then.
Second time during storms in San Jose we had a major power surge that killed our heather. I called the same day and they were able to fit us in and fix the heather the next day. They are very knowledgeable and their prices seem fair. I would HIGHLY recommend them!!!

I chose Bartlett Heating & Air Conditioning after getting quotes from several other vendors. Bartlett was by far the most competitive.
We had just bought our house and it didn't have central A/C but it did have central heat, albeit the furnace being really old. The installation was going to be challenging since the furnace was in the garage and there wasn't a really great place to put the unit (it would have required a really long run of the line set). Also there wasn't a lot of space for a rebuild of the plenum. Most of the other vendors complained and bellyached about
