Amazing service! I was bailing water out of my bathtub after our shower handle failed and erupted into a geyser. We had a plumber at our door in 20 minutes and he quickly handled everything. He even let me use his little shop vac to ensure our floors were saved. I will absolutely use them again and recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

I had a great experience working with Driptech. We had a late night plumbing emergency. I called Driptech and they helped me trouble shoot potential problems over the phone. I was able to text photos to them and get immediate answers with suggestions of things to try and identify the problem.
They sent two technicians out first thing the next morning. Both were very helpful, courteous, and efficient. They assessed the problem, left to get the correct parts, then returned and finished the job quickly.

My tankless water heater suddenly started leaking water. The owner of Drip Tech came out to our house the day we called him, accurately diagnosed the problem, and helped us promptly order a replacement part with the manufacturer (which was under warranty). As soon as the replacement part arrived, he and his technician came out to the house and fixed my heater.
