This company is exceptional! We had our main water line burst in our yard. This team worked tirelessly until they found solutions through many roadblocks. They have incredible work ethic. They are also kind and understanding. They always spoke to me and addressed me with respect. They also never once took advantage of our circumstances . They charged a very fair price for the amount of work they had to do to find and repair our line. I could not recommend them more. I will never use another company but them!

I called Extra Care Plumbing on a weekend to help with a water emergency. Andre, the owner, came out quickly, diagnosed and corrected the problem, and also referred me to a reputable mitigation company.

Andre and his team at Extra Care Plumbing go above and beyond to help their customers. They listened to me and worked extremely hard to find the root of our problem instead of dismissing it as others plumbers had. Other plumbers also had tried to diagnose the problem without actually working on the sink and then tried to up-charge us and tell us that a great deal more extensive work needed to be done. Andre fixed what two other companies had tried and failed. Even more impressive was that he did it easily and quickly, which saved me from a much more expensive project. If he had been the first call, I would have saved hundreds of dollars and six months of inconvenience. As it was he still saved me a thousand dollars and a lot of headaches. If only I had know about Extra Care sooner....

Andre is awesome! He’s very knowledgeable in his craft, and won’t rip you off. My home warranty wouldn’t cover a new water heater, but Extra Care was able to get me up and running with a new one without breaking the bank. Blew all other quotes out of the water. Highly recommended.

Technician came to my home twice in 2 weeks, he was on time both times and finished in a timely manner. He did not leave any kind of mess, was very informative about what issues I was having, and explained what he did to resolve them. This company also works very well with the Home Warranty plan I have in place.

I had two plumbers come out to repair my slow draining toilet. The first one could not fix my issue and tried to sell me a new toilet even though it wasn't a toilet issue. ExtraCare Plumbing was able to fix the issue and worked hard to resolve it instead of trying to up-sell. They were honest and went above and beyond to help get my toilets flushing correctly again.
