Woke up to overflowing toilet early on Christmas Eve. Was extremely grateful that Aaron answered my call around 5am and was able to get James out to me just after 7am. James was on time, polite and knowledgeable. He provided an accurate quote before he started the work and was done quickly. He was also very respectful of my property throughout the job. James also came back to replace a different toilet for me a week later. My home's overhead plumbing sprung a leak and we had a reservoir of water in the ceiling dripping down the walls and outside. First people I called was Collins who came out and although they are not water damage restoration or drying experts, they did everything They could to help. They also thankfully knew their limitations and did not cause any damage to the house by cutting into the wall because we had asbestos we found out about later, and it ended up being a $50,000 project that needed to be handled with my insurance company but we didn't know that and Collins came out twice ,

The crew at Collins Pacific Plumbing are the best around. Every team member that came to the house was professional and so friendly as if they were family. Arron displayed his expertise in every step along the way. The crew paid attention to detail and were mindful of aesthetics. When trying to install a new bathtub spout, the copper pipe broke. I reached out to Collins Pacific Plumbing, Inc. and Aaron helped me out. We got on a call the morning after I initially reached out, spoke about the issue, and set up an appointment for that afternoon. Gilbert arrived, we went over the plan of action, and he got to work. This business is amazing replied to me within 3 minutes quick conversation was at my house in 30 minutes Gilbert changed out my spigot replace my hoses put everything back together and was on his way... the whole process took under an hour very reasonable price compared to the $500 estimate I got from another business just to change the spigot...

We just moved in to our new home and wanted to install a natural gas grill and didn't know where to start! We called Aaron of Collins Pacific Plumbing and we were very happy with his work. Collins provided excellent customer service and a high quality of workmanship on some complex plumbing (cast iron sewer line replacement, new tankless Hot water heater and two washer hookups). I received several quotes and their pricing was very competitive, Aaron was the consummate professional and Jose and Jordan were top shelf technicians.
