Called this company after an initial company I called kept saying they were coming, and 2 hours later, no show.
Corey was my technician. He identified the problem right away, which I already knew because my brother was going to repair it, but contracted Covid. So I was super trusting when Corey identified the same exact problem. I knew then he was on the up and up. He told me how he was going to repair it, and less than 30 minutes later, he was done. He turned the water back on and tested the sink for leaks. And all was well.
I would definitely recommend this company to others and will be calling

This is the only company to call for all your plumbing needs, company came earlier than quoted and price was reasonable. Our tech guy Taylor did a great job in our install, he was friendly and knowledgeable, very pleased with his work. Called these guys first thing Monday morning. Spoke with Mike and explained my problem. Mike said he could have someone out between 11am and 1pm. Around 11am their tech called and said he was on his way and should be there around 11:30. They were right on time, introduced themselves. Tyler and Carlos. Very friendly and professional. Took a look at my problem. I asked how much and how long? He quoted me a price and said it would take an hour. I agreed and they got started. A follow up on the owner's reply to my review.
1. The owner claims that they tell their customers to consistently use the fixture and wait two weeks prior to patching drywall to ensure the leak has been repaired. This claim may be accurate. Perhaps the owner himself and other techs are very clear and advise customers to do these things. However, I don't recall the tech telling me to do either.
2. In regards to not charging anything over the arrival fee and showing me that running water over the plate created a leak, well this is partly accurate. Yes, the tech didn't charge me

It's Thanksgiving week and toilet issues at work are never a good thing, but I kid you not, the service tech at Plumbing King saved us! Steven showed up and immediately gave me his opinion and the cost to
do the work. It was the water line for the refrigerator that burst causing
the damage. He repaired it in no time and hooked me up with Bingham Restoration to start mitigation and repair of the ceiling damage.
He was flexible and worked with me in a solution to get my problem solved.
That's priceless!

First, I want to say I am giving 2 stars, because the plumber who came out was very nice! Or else it would be 1 star. I had a clogged toilet, I had been snaking it myself for about an hour and didn't seem to fix it so I called them and they came out that day. The plumber was super nice, turned the water back on and the toilet was fixed! I had y the clog myself, my silly self just forgot to turn the water on! he called his office to see if he had to charge still and they said yes. As he was writing up his invoice I expressed my concerns with being charged for a 30 second visit. Maybe a $10

I had a mainline break early evening on a Thursday. After three phone calls to plumbers I had used before for other jobs who were booked up I called these guys because they had given me a bid for a project. I passed on using them because they were far more expensive but because they were already vetted I gave them a call.

Discovered our kitchen sink drain was leaking and found Plumbing Kings. Requested a quote which was comparable to other quotes. Called the office to schedule and the woman was very friendly, they had a slot exactly when we needed it. We hired plumbing kings because our usual company wasn't available. They referred us to these guys instead. We had a shower diverted that was stuck. Corey, who was very friendly, explained that it was most likely because of not using it often. He suggested switching it on a few times a week to prevent it from getting stuck again. Plumbing Kings recently did two different repairs at different times. The most recent was replace the Anode on a hot water heater; before that the garbage disposal was displaced. Tyler did both jobs. We had a wonderful experience using Plumbing Kings. This company came recommended from a friend and they are very professional and understanding. We caught a little luck since the damage didn’t require third party contractors and the subfloor wasn’t soggy. They could use most of the existing parts keeping our total to a reasonable amount by just replacing the normal wear and tear items. We were able to fix this particular problem so we can continue our snail-pace at renovating ‘this old house’ (built in 2007- haha) It is always scary thinking there could be thousands of dollars in repairs

We had amazing service from the first phone call. Chris was wonderful and I love that they give over the phone estimates! We had 4 toilets that needed to be replaced and they were out the next day to help us with the install of the new ones. The plumber who came was polite, informative and worked at great pace. Customer service and skills are great! The consult and repair time was faster than other companies we consulted with. We had an old water heater and defective H20 softener that needed replacing.
Everyone likes Hot, or warm water to clense with. Needless, to say No job is to large or small for the Plumbing Kings. The servicemen surpassed our expectations on the repairs. We are glad to have had such a great team to assist us with our water issues.
