Our weekly pool and spa cleaning begins with our Six-Step Process that covers everything from checking and balancing of water, to skimming leaves. Our technicians are educated on all brands of swimming pool equipment so we check and maintain equipment as part of our routine service. Every six months we perform pool filter cleaning where we completely break down, inspect, and clean the filter.

I am so glad I decided to hire a competent pool service to help with my pool keep up. Cortland and his employees are all very knowledgeable. My pool was such a mess and covered in algae and leaves. I had no idea how much time I would save by letting someone else take over that responsibility. Would definitely recommend!

Just upgraded my entire pool system. Cortland did an excellent job replacing the old system quick and at an affordable cost. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He went beyond his responsibilities to help me to get the best price and obtain some rebates I did not knew even existed. He is very competent; I highly recommend him. Magic pool cleaning service? That's pretty much the only way to explain our miraculous results with University Pools. After a few storms had washed dirt into our pool - which then turned to algae - I thought we would have no choice but to drain our pool. We tried everything - and finally decided to call University Pools. They took our pool from bright green to pure crystal blue in under 12 hours. I still can't understand or explain how they did it. I highly recommend using them especially if your pool has gotten a bit out of control.

Cortland's team has been taking care of our pool for over 2 years. They have always done an impressive job and gone above and beyond what we've expected. The service has been consistent and they were able to resolve our problems with algae where the previous service guy had failed. They upgraded our system with new led lights which made the pool look very elegant at night. Lastly, they installed a new pump which has been saving us lots of money on our mouthly electric bill. I highly recommend Cortland and his team at University Pools.

Just met my pool guy for the next year! Courtland is awesome man. He came in and immediately identified the problems, noticing our filter was improperly installed along with our motor's bearings being shot. I like how he explained every detail giving me a vivid picture of the problem and task at hand. Definitely looking forward to more visits with this guy!

I called them off of google for an acid wash. They were the most affordable price and my pool looked great afterwards. The owner Cortland was very professional and knowledgable. He let me know about my options for upgrading my pool equipment. He even fixed a small leak on my pump for free. I highly recommend University Pools.

Cortland from University Pools services our pool every week and he's absolutely great! I never worry about the pool chemicals bc I know he's checking them and taking care of it. He also replaced our heater this year and has helped with a bunch of plumbing, etc. He's very competent and comes highly recommended from me.

I had the same pool guy for ten years until he moved out of state, I hired a new guy and he not only failed to show up sometimes, but he did an exceedingly poor job when he DID show up. So needless to say, I reluctant to hire another pool guy after the last one turned out to be such a disaster, however, Cortland has exceeded my expectations by far to the extent that i felt obliged to write this review. my pool has never looked so good since he has taken it over, not even when i had my old pool guy of ten years! I would certainly recommend him to anyone!
