Alex was my maintenance tech today. He did a DAMN GOOD job servicing my two zone units today and was very thorough in his work.
I really appreciate Alex taking the time to explain to my wife and I exactly where we stand with the operating status of these two units. I believe he remedied our warm temperatures upstairs. I have never had an experience with All Star HVAC that wasn't exemplary. Today was no different. Alex came on time and was polite, courteous and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure my system was draining properly and spent some time answering a few of my questions. He was very helpful. I can't imagine going anywhere else for my HVAC needs.

First experience with All Star Appliance Service through 2-10 Home Buyer Warranty, Great satisfaction. Very professional from the owner to the technicians. Agent Dale who coordinated the whole process from the office (we forget them most of the time) to Alex the technician are all wonderful people to work with. Alex a technician who knows and loves his work. We started using All Star HVAC based on a recommendation when our AC unit went on the fritz. John, the owner, came out and got us running again. We used them again and again, and finally had them install a new HVAC system in our home that was "designed" for the size of our house. John gave us options and a recommendation. We couldn't believe the difference in how the home was cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter; let alone the money we were saving on our utilities!! The new HVAC system also was a bonus when it came to selling that home, the buyer knew they were getting a more efficient

I was referred to Allstar by my warranty company. I have been without air conditioning since August. Allstar came to work and determined I needed a piece ordered. The warranty company ordered the piece(it took a month or so). Allstar came out and they stated we needed more voltage and needed to call anelectrician.
