Quality Construction just replaced the roof on our community. We used the company a year before but due to another horrible hail storm, they had to come back out and replace the roofs again. The team worked quickly and cleaned up quickly as well. Very satisfied with the quality of work.

We had hail damage at our rental home in Genesee CO and they scheduled an estimate right away. When they came out they also found hail damage on our paint job and deck so they helped get the supplements for that as well. They came out to do the job when they said and kept us informed the whole time. The job was surprisingly cleanly which isn't something I expect from roofers. overall we were very happy and will use them again in the future!

Ithaka had an excellent experience working with Quality Construction as a small nonprofit. Chad guided us through the inspection process, the insurance paperwork, and the breakdown of the roofing projects. He personally inspected each roof when the project was complete and quickly addressed any issues with leftover materials that our residents had. Chad and Stephanie were easy to communicate with and quick to respond to phone calls and emails. We are grateful for their knowledge and organization throughout the entire process!

I have used QC in 2018 / 2020 - seems like there has been a change in the weather patterns - I called Chad and we scheduled a time to check out roof along with the insurance adjuster (glad that happened) Chad was very attentive, he point out damages from the hail storm even on items he did not service. It was nice to all parties involved to be on the same sheet of music. If and when an issue arrived I would call Chad and he was very responsive to my needs. Hopefully we can skip a year before I call them again.

We had a roofing project that required a new inspection, an independent insurance claim inspection and very short time frame for install. Claudio Herrera supervised our home and garage roof project from beginning to end and we couldn’t be happier.
Claudio walked us through each step of the installation and through the insurance claim process. He even came back to our house to examine the roof an additional time to meet with the adjuster. His attention to detail, knowledge and availability to our project impressed us and we are glad we chose Claudio and the Quality Construction team.

I was completely delighted with the outstanding performance by Quality Construction in handling our roof replacement. Chad and Stephanie were very professional and a pleasure to deal with.
