They came to replace indoor plumbing, replace the hot water tank, haul away the old one, and replace the kitchen sink drain line to the main sewer.
They were honest, on-time, courteous, had an awesome estimate, and did awesome work, and cleaned up beautifully as promised. Will definitely use these guys again, wonderful plumbers, and they really know what they are doing. I simply can not say enough great things about them!

I had actually scheduled another plumber for the work but, when he canceled at that last minute, I called Rain City Plumbing. Spence responded immediately. We had a whole house repipe done. Besides having to do alot finish work ourselves. Like finding the right hoses for washer, dryer, sink, toilet, shower etc.) We had to pull up our carpet from the mess they made inside, going in and out, we are still picking up screws outside. Would not reccomend Spence and Co. for any plumbing need. When the issues we had with them were brought up, we got the good ol go kick rocks response. Financing was initiated before the workers even left. Over sold, over priced and under delivered should be the moto of these guys.

The whole team at Rain City Plumbing as fantastic. They were professional, provided clear communication, were timely and accountable (hard to find in this industry), and the quality was top notch. We had a full bathroom addition which included new sewer lines, water lines, and a sewage ejector. I did a lot of the work myself, and as a novice when it comes to construction they were incredibly helpful in walking me through the different phases of a construction process of this scope. The work they performed surpassed expectations.

All I can say about Rain City Plumbing is they do great work. They installed a new hot water heater for me a year ago and just recently they installed a sump pump. I can definitely say I will be hiring them back for additional work in the very near future. Thanks for all the hard work.

Can't say enough good things about my experience with Rain City Plumbing - all around great to work with. They provide a very clear plan and set of explanations before they work. When onsite they're on time and extremely professional, polite, and patient with questions. Work product is high quality and they do a great job of dealing with concerns/surprises in older homes. Spence and his crew did a great job at repiping our whole house's supply. We walked through to do the initial scoping; he explained everything carefully and in terms I understood. He made some good suggestions, including the addition of a hot-water recirculator, which was a huge quality-of-life upgrade for our house. We also really like the new kitchen sink he had suggested, when we said we wanted an upgrade there.
When I need a plumber again, I'll be calling Rain City.

After purchasing my 1939 house in Beacon Hill, I learned the hard way that the inspector missed the galvanized plumbing on the inspection and most of the plumbing would have to be replaced. I hired Rain City to replace all the galvanized with PEX as well as install a tankless water heater and run natural gas to the kitchen, fireplace, and furnace room. Spence, one of the owners, came out quickly to give and estimate and ended up walking me through the whole house, offering several solutions (beyond plumbing) to the issues I was facing while renovating an old house. I hired Rain City to install a new water heater, a pressure reducing valve, and a home run manifold system. They also replaced my kitchen drain lines and ran it through the basement wall instead of across the basement ceiling. Spence at Rain City who did the estimate and supervised the job was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and great to work with. Antonio who performed most of the work was amazing. The plumbing is very tidy, which isn;t always easy in a 1920s house with non-standard dimensions. When I am ready for my next project, I am definitely hiring Rain City again.

I actually called a different plumbing outfit first but they were too busy so I called Rain City and I'm very glad I did. Spence was very friendly and inviting over the phone, he assessed my problem and got me scheduled for first thing in the morning. OK, five solid stars for this company. Jaime and Spence own Rain City. Spence came out in a timely fashion and I had a bid to replumb my little thousand square foot home in no time. When I changed my mind about what type of material I wanted for the repipe I thought they might run away. Instead of doing so they simply said no problem, you still need help and redid the bid for me accordingly. They have done exactly as they said they would every step of the way. These guys are amazing. I'm a Seattle realtor and I use Spence, Jamie and their team frequently. They are always professional, timely and their work is top notch. They answer their phone when you need them and if it's an emergency can react quickly. I have referred them numerous times to clients and I get nothing but wonderful feedback. This company is wonderful. We recently bought a new house and they have been the best of all the companies we have interacted with (contractors, floor installers, etc.). I trust them to do any plumbing work in my home -- and I trust that they will always be professional, prompt, honest, and knowledgeable. If I could give Raincity 10 stars I would. I purchased an older home and decided to do a complete remodel. I had a few plumbing companies do work on my house and I can tell you that out of all of the Raincity was by far the best. Cheryl is very friendly and has great customer service. She really went above and beyond to make sure that everything I needed was done and done as quickly as possible. Raincity installed a second bathroom in my basement and it looks amazing. They even installed my compact Saniflo toilet with ease. If you want great customer service, a super fair price and top notch work

I hired Rain City Plumbing for a recent bathroom remodel. They were highly responsive from the very beginning and had a fair bid compared to other plumbers in the area that I had gotten a quote from. During the project, 2 plumbers came to my house and they were both super professional. I feel inclined to write a review since Rain City finished the project on the day they had quoted me - this was SO refreshing since other home projects I have had in the past always seem to drag out, BUT not this time! I would definitely work with this plumbing company again.

10/12/15 - Plumber performs minor repair
1/13/16 - Finally get invoice for repair
2/18/16 - We notice another issue with the garbage disposal drainage that seems to have been caused by the repair. The repair also used a rigid pipe instead of a hose so we notice the garbage disposal can no longer be detached to inspect/clean without taking apart the piping. We notify Rain City and they agree to send someone out to fix it the next week and will keep in touch to
