Our technicians are not salespeople; they are plumbers who are at your home or business to fix a plumbing problem and nothing else. They tried to charge me $500 to cut a hole in the sheet rock which took five minutes then after they cut a hole they said there’s a stud there they can’t get to the drain really there’s studs every 16 inches they should know then they tried to charge me $500 to take the toilet out and re-install it to take the sheet rock out and the toilet was never taken out the grout was still around the toilet From the tile did they charge me $400 to put that crooked door on the shower tub stay away from this place there a rip off and they don’t do quality work

We had an issue with our toilets/shower backing up last night at 8pm. We have many people in our house so no toilets/showers was definitely NOT an option- we needed help right away. Of course I googled and started down the list of 24hr plumbing.
I called Action plumbing and they answered right away, she got me a technician and he was here in 15 minute!
Rocky was super nice - found the issue quickly and resolved it in less than 15 minutes!
I am over the moon pleased with the courtesy and promptness of Actions team.
I totally recommend them!

Kevin and his crew did an awesome job on my bathroom remodel. They had to move a gas line, two vents and four water lines and all the work was great. Plus, their price was super competitive.
Mario, Nacho, Rocky and Juan were all very friendly and had no problem with my detailed (and probably annoying) requests. It was always "sure, no problem" and they did what they said they would do.
Special shoutout to Myrna, who was always responsive, even after hours. She kept everything on track and made sure the logistics were on point.
I definitely recommend them!

Rocky did an awesome job and quickly fixed a small slab leak I had.
He was extremely knowledgeable and provided great customer service.
He informed us well upfront of what he was going to do and it didn't bother him that I was hovering over him asking questions that I had. He was happy to answer all my questions. I am extremely happy with the work he's done.

I received an estimate to detect and fix a foundation leak, for almost $3000. Most fortunately I found the phone number for ACTION PLUMBING. Kevin took much more time to examine and explain the problem and the solution. He quoted me a little more than half the previous estimate. Magical MARIO appeared exactly on time. He explained why and what he was going to do and proceeded with his magic. He came back the next morning to correct something a previous plumber had done. As long as I live in Vegas, ACTION is my plumber.

Action Plumbing team was AWESOME when needed them for a major sewer backup in one of our units. Myrna (office manager) was wonderfully responsive in getting all the moving parts scheduled and coordinated; Kevin (owner) was on top of the situation and made sure evidence was gathered to show that the issue was due to a common HOA pipe (so that the HOA could reimburse us for the cost of repairs); and Rocky (the thoughtful and great plumber) was literally in the trenches in 110 degree weather all day laying down new pipes so that we could move our tenants back into their home. on a Sunday afternoon and received an early
Monday morning time to come and replace our
faucet. The plumber showed up on time, checked to
be sure what parts we were going to need and came back
a while later and in a short time solved our problem.
We felt the price of the service was fair even offering
us a 10% senior discount, and the service was great too!
We would not hesitate to tell our friends about Action Plumbing.

I had a leaky water pressure something-or-other and had gotten quotes from several other plumbers into the thousands of dollars. I finally came across Action Plumbing (and a fair price). They were able to come out right away. Rocky took some measurements and then went to get the part and was able to get the same one so it was a quick and easy install. Very courteous and professional. Will keep them in mind the next time something inevitably breaks around here. Thanks!

You call Action Plumbing if you want things done quickly. Juan showed up at the time they said he would. He looked at the problem, bought the materials, and fixed it. We tried to fix our own tub drain but ended up getting frustrated instead. Juan saved the day within an hour! I would definitely call them again.

Professional plumbing done right and in a timely manner. When I called around 9am, the receptionist told me to expect the plumber from 1pm to 3pm. At 2:45 Rocky came and assessed the problem. By 3:30, the washer line was snaked out and he was cleaning up. I'm totally sold on Action Plumbing ... Thank you Rocky!!

He came gave me a bid and did the job in a timely matter.
I'm almost a perfectionist, but they were.
There were no add cost or tried to add any to the job quoted.
Nice to see you can put your trust in a company, when they are in control.
I would be more then happy to refer them in the future and I will not look any further when the need arises again.
I had over 5 quotes that were more then triple the cost, I took the leap going for the best price, glad I did.
