Our experience with Floorland was great. Sam Baddour was professional, caring and responded quickly to our needs. Sam was at our house to do an estimate within an hour of our request. He helped us understand what to look for and what to watch out for. The flooring crew were friendly, helpful and professional. They responded immediately to any issues we found in the walkthrough. I recently had new floors put in my house last week. I must say I was very impressed with how my experience using Floorland Pasadena went. From start to finish everything went smoothly. Sam was very knowledgeable and provided lot of samples to choose from. He answered all my questions. The whole project took 2 days to complete. Juan arrived very promptly on day 1. He started right away and worked all day. Day 2 the crew showed up promptly once again and worked diligently thru out the day. They installed vinyl planks thru out my first floor, stairs and hallway upstairs. My floors look amazing now

Floorland of Pasadena recently installed carpet in my home. They came highly recommended by one of my longtime acquaintances. I had a wonderful experience; Sam was prompt and came to my house the next day with samples after we spoke about what I was looking for on the phone. Sam called before he was on his way to confirm and arrived promptly. I'm currently having a second job done by Floorland. Sam has been very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me decide and pick out what I want for my floor job at a reasonable price. If you want to repair, remodel or redecorate any part of your homes interior FLOORLAND PASADENA is your GO TO PLACE! My home recently suffered major water damage and I called on FLOORLAND PASADENA for help. I am so glad I did! They responded quickly to a BIG job. All damaged sheetrock was replaced or repaired. ALL floors were replaced including new baseboards. ALL counter tops were replaced. ALL cabinets were rebuilt. The entire interior was given a fresh paint job. Sam, the owner, worked with me from the beginning helping choose colors and patterns which in the end, all blended together beautifully

An update to my terrible experience. After Sam's refusal to correct the mistake he made on my tile he had his contractor contact me about 6 weeks later to correct the problem. I was willing to give him an opportunity to do he repairs. He wanted to come the the next Wednesday but I needed it to happen on a Tuesday because that is my day off. He said he would probably be there the next Tuesday August the 17th. Then the next day he said he would be there on the 24th. I was already scheduled for an out of town trip and informed him immediately and did not get a response back. Over the next week

I want to offer Sam and Floorland a huge thank you. I had a very small water damage job needed done in my bathroom. I was treated insignificantly at Baytown Floors and Empire. Sam not only took care of me, he drove all the way out to Baytown to make sure everything went perfectly. I couldn't be happier. William the installer was great and made sure I loved the work he did as well. What started as a nightmare insurance claim ended in a dream bathroom. A hundred times thank you.

Be ware of this place. Sam has terrible customer service and has refused to correct the issue with our tile. We had both bathrooms completely remodeled and our upstairs we replaced the carpet with vinyl. A very large job for him. He tells you he dosent use contractors but his work is contracted out. He also continues to try and get you to pay him before the job is complete. He wanted me to pay him all of the payment before he corrects the issues. Use somebody else and save yourself a lot of issues. I will be taking him to small claims court

Not reliable for follow-up customer service! Workers don't use common sense!
Sawdust was all over my bed and in my bedrooms. They were replacing the carpet on the stairs and upstairs common area with laminate flooring; not even in the bedrooms. However, they were using the saw upstairs, inside our house to cut the laminate pieces!
Secondly, they set off our fire alarm many times from using the saw upstairs. They didn't move it outside until we asked them too.
I had mentioned some patchwork for carpet in a couple of the bedrooms during our quote visit with the owner, but the workers seemed

I used Floorland of Pasadena to install new hardwood in my master bedroom due to water damage. The original engineered hardwood (which was installed in a continuous flow throughout the house) is discontinued, so I was worried about finding a wood to match. Butch, who I initially consulted, sent me pics of samples and then came to my house and brought several samples to compare to the existing wood. With his help and guidance, we chose the one which looked most similar.
