Malcolm and his office manager were recommended to me by a trusted plumber when my very old washing machine died, and I had a great experience with Gifted Hands Appliance Repair. He was able to diagnose the issue, fully explain and demonstrate the problem, found a solution, parts were ordered and installed, and I couldn't be happier. I've read other reviews and don't know what people are talking about, as Malcolm and his office manager were incredibly communicative, knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and on time. I rarely write reviews but I have to say that I was very pleased with the service that Gifted Hands provided our household. Our refrigerator went out on us. We explained to Mr. Prejean that we had a household of 6 including two foster children so we had just stocked up on groceries and they were going to spoil if we did not get our refrigerator fixed that day. We had moved all of our food to ice chest but as you know that only last so long. He did not hesitate. He immediately got the parts we needed and rushed out to the house. Stay away from this place; they don't communicate and will leave you hanging. We had a good experience once, but not this most recent time when someone came to service our dishwasher on a warranty call. They kept rescheduling us over a week's time, and the last time they didn't call us; they called the warranty company, so we had no idea it was moved after they guaranteed us we'd be visited before the weekend.
Once a technician finally visited, he said the pump was bad on our 2-year-old dishwasher, but he said we could still use it while waiting for a new part; water just wouldn't fully drain

How many times do you have to make a call to set an appt. to come back out to your home to install parts that this company ordered for my kitchen refrigerator? So far, I've left 6 messages and called numerous time beyond that and no one will answer the phone nor will they return a phone call. Their customer service is the absolute worst!!!

Unfortunately this company was dispatched from our residential service contract company. They took 2 weeks to set an appointment to fix our microwave and when I asked them to properly mask up (due to covid) they refused and told me that was a "weird request". They are now claiming they came out and I turned them away to collect the trade call fee. They called me when they were 20 minutes out and never came to my house. So they are liars. I'm very disappointed in this customer service. It's my home and I say they need a proper mask. I then contacted ANH services and they came

Our house flooded this morning, we filed a claim online with our warranty company, they sent us the contact info to gifted hands because the company is 24hr emergency fridge service. They called me before i could call them. The technician they sent out was malcolm. Turns out our water tubing to fridge was busted. Its all fixed now! I am truly amazed that this service company was available at this time of morning! We are pleased.

Horrible customer service. There is a reason this company is working with a warranty company....they are taking advantage of warranty company payments. Alex in the office tells you a service date and then changes it for no reason to a week later. They don't care about the customer, find another company to service your appliances. Consumer beware!

This has to be the shadiest company ever! I don't know how they even get any business when they don't show up to appointments. They lied multiple times to my home warranty company. First they said they called and left me a message about my appointment, guess what, I got zero phones and no message. Secondly after my home warranty company verified my appointment, because they never answer their phone and don't return messages left, my window was Monday between 8-12, and they would give a courtesy call half hour before arrival. This company basically lied to the Warrenty company who assigned them to come fix my refrigerator. They set up a time for wed. I asked for something sooner, which they didn't have. So I said ok see you wednesday.
Next thing I know the warrenty company calls me to say that the job is being transferred to a different technician because the window was refused.
I don't know about the quality of their work, but I would not recommend a company who refuses work then lies about it.
