PLEASE READ I dont want you to get scammed the way we did. They "fixed" our fridge but it went out two days later and they refused to give the money back because it was “working’ as soon as they left. We had to pay 1k for this botched job of a fix. SAVE YOUR MONEY and do not use Hobbs Appliance Repairs

PLEASE READ! This was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with a technician. Our fridge door wasn’t working and after having to pay $1k for a new door that was installed crooked with wires showing our fridge then stopped cooling 2 days later…. After bringing this to the attention of Brandon the owner he just didn’t not offer to fix the issue but instead told us we now need a new compressor although he stated the compressor was fine during his initial diagnosis.
If a technician provides an incorrect diagnosis that responsibility falls on that technician but apparently not with

BAD BUSINESS - PLEASE READ - DO NOT TRUST - I'M OUT $1000 WITH A BROKEN REFRIGERATOR. Their technician Matt had trouble diagnosing the problem so the owner Brandon had to come out. The owner couldn't figure out why it kept frying the mother board so he called his trusted LG connection person and they told him it's the french door that's causing the problem. The owner told us if he cannot fix our refrigerator he would refund our money back becasue I told him I would rather buy a new refrigerator instead of fixing it for $1000. He said it'll take you a while to order a new refrigerator anyways. After

Brandon(owner) was courteous, and knowledgeable. However believes a bandana is sufficient when entering a home regardless what the customer believes. I get it, it's not easy to work with a fitted mask, but recognize our home is the only space on this planet we have claim to keeping safe, anywhere else is subject to other guidelines.
Brandon insisted he sanitates before/after every job, but sanitization alone is not sufficient. If airlines do not recognize bandana as a proper face mask, why should a home owner accept anything less. Just disappointing there is zero room to compromise when it involves

Exceptional! I requested a service call for an LG refrigerator that was not cooling. When making the appointment, I requested a tech that was certified to work with refrigerant. Brandon Taylor came to my home, on time, and was exceptionally knowledgeable. After discussion with Brandon, I decided not to have the repair work completed, and to go back to the manufacturer. Central Texas Hobbs Appliance repair was outstanding, and highly recommended.

My daughter lives several hours away from me, but needed my help with her broken stove. Brandon immediately answered my late in the day call, researched the info for me, and quickly helped me determine that buying a new one was better than having this one repaired, when having it repaired would have been money in his pocket. Turns out I won't need his services this time, but the next repair we do need, I will definitely be giving him a call. Professional with integrity! Two thumbs up!

They were able to come out to look at our fridge the next day after calling them. Almost had to reschedule due to a minor emergency that came up. While that didn't happen, they were understanding and accommodated as best they could. Technician that came out was knowledgeable and kept in contact with me after their initial visit since a part had to be ordered. It was shipped overnight and the issue was fixed after a total of 3 days. Reasonable pricing in my opinion. I will use them again if the need arises.
