We had a great experience with Lee and recommend his service. He was quite friendly and knowledgeable. He installed a dishwasher (replacement) for us through our home warranty company. He listened to our concerns and the issues we had been having and was thorough to ensure we wouldn't have any issues after he left, which we didn't. After working with several other companies, Lee got us all taken care of...and he provided us with some additional insight on other items, which I appreciated hearing his recommendations, based on his experience.

I made an appointment with the Re Grill Guys for the morning. They didn't show up. I called to find out what happened. I told them I had plans for the afternoon. They showed up anyway and want a trade call fee. What? They are not ethical nor are they honest. Sad really, as I support all small businesses but these guys are not honest and it is sad. Stay away from them. There are plenty of legit companies out there.

This company was assigned to me by my home warranty to fix the microwave. The microwave wasn't turning on. When the technician arrived he barely touched the microwave, didn't bother to test it using any tools like the multimeter and came to a possible conclusion. I feel stupid writing this review as it had tripped and all i had to do was turn on the fuse again. But what is more surprising is the technician never checked it too. Only when he made his second visit after a month did he check the fuse and told me to turn it on. I told him repeatedly to let me know when the parts arrive but

Beware of these guys!!! If I could give 0 stars I would.
I have never reviewed companies but with these guys I have to.
Exact same experience as the other 1 star reviews...lack of communication, rude...4 weeks and my appliance is still not fixed. This is the 2nd time my warranty company assigned these guys. The first time it took 1 month to finally get my appliance fixed. This time it's been even worse.
If you enjoy waiting 1 month to get your items fixed, incompetence, lack of communication, and rude people then by all means please use these guys.

This company was provided to me by the warranty company. After reading the other reviews here, it seems like my experience is not uncommon, so stay away and find someone else, if possible.
From the beginning, it was unprofessional. He complained that "this type of work", i.e. repairing a refrigerator, wasn't worth the time and he was the only one that did this, and had been doing so for 20 years. He continued to bad mouth the warranty company that obviously has been keeping him gainfully employed for 20 years.
Now to the actual repair. He stated he had to order all new parts

My natural gas grill wouldn't light coincidentally after ATMOS changed the gas meter a few days earlier. Of course, when Lee arrived, it lit right up. He said it was probably low gas pressure that caused it to not light.
Good news - Lee didn't charge me a trip charge - nothing! And it was even on a Saturday.
Not too many companies would not charge a trip fee or a fee for Saturday work. Very pleased!

Impatient and doesn't know to troubleshoot
Here is a short synopsis, a full report of our experience is below.
Lee (owner and repairman of this company) doesn't have the patience or skills needed to troubleshoot appliances that are not working. He seemed to know some of the common things that break and is able to replace them, but is too impatient or doesn't know how to diagnose anything that involves using a multimeter or any other test equipment. If you need something installed or have a simple issue he can probably do it. If you need him to fix something that's broken

Horrible company. He was sent to me through the 2-10 warranty company to fix my gas stove. Lee came out and took my sixty dollars payment. He said he would order parts and get back to me. At our first meeting he seemed very professional and pleasant. I waited to hear from him and heard nothing. I called him several weeks later and he said the warranty company was going to send me money to pay for the stove to be replaced. When I called the warranty company, they said he was supposed to order parts to fix it. They contacted him and told him to do so. I waited another two weeks and I called

Unfortunately my home warranty company called this company to come and fix my broken dishwasher. It's never a good thing when you feel like you know more about how a dishwasher works than the guy you paid to come out to fix it. First, he gave me his "diagnosis" over the phone and requested my credit card number to pay for his "visit." I told him that does not sound right and probably broke a lot of rules so he agreed to come out. According to their website, this company does repair on any and every type of kitchen appliance repair, indoors or outdoors, as well as washers, dryers, and gas grills, with 24-hr. emergency service on refrigeration repairs, which is what I had. I had a fairly new refrigerator that was not running cold. One of the owners, Lee, came out early the next morning, hours earlier than the appointed time frame, which was GREAT because then I did not have to be late for work. He got the job done, and was very personable. I will definitely call The Regrill Guys again with any appliance repairs needed.
