Todd come a month ago for diagnostic of the 4 years old dishwasher GE. (Dishwasher is leaking inside after washing process during a day and a bottom of the machine collecting about a inch a water till the next cycle starts.) Todd asked us a dozen questions like he is a doctor, and our dishwasher is a patient, didn't told a cause, didn't give a promise to fix it, charged $60 and after 15 minutes disappeared quickly (it was 4:30 pm). Sent an online request about an issue I was having with our refrigerator. I was contacted in a timely manner. Spoke with Todd over the phone about the issue. I called Todd based on all of the positive reviews on yelp. I was happy to see that these reviews were correct. Todd called me when he was on his way (who does that anymore?) what a sign of excellent customer service. He was super friendly on his arrival. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my 6 year old dryer. He replaced and fixed it within 30 minutes. I highly recommend Todd to everyone!

We found Todd through the great reviews on google and yelp and gave him a call to take a look at our dryer. We needed the heating element replaced and not only was he able to diagnose on the spot, he had a heating element with him to replace our broken one. He even took a look at our washer which has also been on the fritz as well. Our dryer now looks great and we'll be working with Todd again should our recall/repair setup not be able to help with our washer. Would highly recommend his service!

I called them from a referral from another company and I am so glad I did.
Todd returned my call in a timely manner, was pleasant to speak with on the phone and was very prompt. I am so happy with the repair he did on the dishwasher, his prices were comparable to other companies and I will be calling him again.

I appreciate in a world where appliances are made to break a week after their warranty expires, that there are still people like AMS Appliance Repair around. He repaired our microwave (which almost nobody is willing to work on nowadays), and was honest that our fridge was not worth fixing. His rates are reasonable. I've had him come out twice and will continue to call him!

Fantastic service! Responsive and reliable. Todd replaced an ice maker on my fridge and when it started slowing output and finally stopped 2 months after installation, I was assumed the problem was some other component and considered if the repair cost was worth it or if it was time for a new fridge. Todd came back, determined it was a faulty unit, installed a new ice maker, and didn't charge me anything, not even for the service call. Todd will be my 'go to' for any other appliance service needs.

This is the way to go if you are MAD at your money. I thought that AMS was going to come in and actually fix the issues I was having. Instead He walked in looked at the microwave button that wasn't working and the dishwasher light that wasn't coming on. Handed me a bill for $55.00 and said he would get back with a quote. After I called back many times he gave me the most ridiculous quote. I asked if the $55.00 was to go toward it and he said yes very reluctantly. I am sure he would have not mentioned that had I not pushed the issue. So I basically paid him $55.00 for a 5 minute look

Todd repaired our oven ignitor the day after I placed the call. The turn around time was convenient, his prices more than fair, his efficiency without question and his bedside manner professional, courteous and kind. I now have him on speed dial and certainly know where to go the next time another appliance goes down.

Todd was awesome. Called over the holidays and showed him some pictures and a video of a leak i had on the dishwasher. He was able to diagnose based on the evidence provided and then ordered the part. Was onsite a once it came in a few days after xmas. He was in and out of the house in maybe an hour. Very professional and was all over this issue. Fixed good as new. Took a credit card using square which was an awesome bonus. (Who likes writing checks anymore?!) When i asked him about warranty he said 1 year!! By the way he was on time and called ahead, which seems to always be hit or miss

Awesome!! Todd is punctual, professional, communicates well and has competitive pricing. Our dishwasher was leaking and it turned out to be the drainage pump. Not cheap but less than 1/2 cost of new GE Profile dishwasher. Our microwave also went out recently and Todd looked at it after fixing dishwasher. Turned out the outlet behind the microwave appears to be the problem. I would recommend Todd and AMS to all of my friends and neighbors.
