After frustrating experiences with other contractors in Austin, I decided to give Texas Construction a try based on a referral from a friend who has had great experiences with them. Working with Texas Construction was a breath of fresh air. They transformed my bungalow in Travis Heights from a dated 1920's style to a modern, mid-century design. What I particularly enjoyed about Texas Construction was their attention to detail in both the quality of the work, but also the management of the project. As with any construction project we had a few issues that came up, but the team resolved all

I have had the pleasure of working with Texas Construction Company on several projects now, most recently on a new home project where they were the general contractor, and I was the architect. I have worked most closely with Royce, the owner of the company, as well as Max, Hope, and Peter. I have found the entire team to be extremely professional, organized, reliable, rational, kind, and easy to work with as well as problem solve with. They build very high quality buildings using a skilled team of tradespeople and are able to achieve a high level of craft and attention to detail that quickly sets

Royce and his team are as good as gets in terms of craftsmanship and professionalism. I hired Texas Construction to renovate my house and can say that hands down they were the most organized contractors I've ever worked. Their attention to detail exceeded my own and that is such a refreshing feeling when undergoing major construction work. They are very thorough in their communication of the construction process, which was also greatly appreciated. I highly recommend them for large projects!

I've had a hard time finding a general contractor in Austin for a small remodeling project. I called these guys just to find out if they would take on a job as small as mine (I just wanted to redo my laundry room).
The receptionist made me explain over the phone, in detail, everything I wanted done, and then said someone would contact me with an estimate within 48 hours. A week later, I called up to find out why I hadn't heard from them. She told me at that point that they couldn't work with me until I sent them detailed plans from a professional architect. The most complicated
