Not a great experience. The sales process took about 6 hours. I was told there was a 100-something point inspection. Drove out of the lot and the DVD screens don't work (they didn't have a DVD to test), the check engine light came on (van says it needs its oil changed), and the breaks already need replaced about 3 months later.
Broke my trust and if this is the best Keffer technicians can do, I'll take my VW (not purchased from Keffer) to a reputable dealer for service.

Would never recommend someone buying a car from this place. They are shady people that take advantage of people. They also lied about a credit score rating and charged more than the internet price. Please save yourself some time and go elsewhere!! They also hang up on people when you try and call to ask questions!

Selling a car? Don’t waste your time. Employees were very professional until you sign the line... almost a month now still no check from equity I had on the car. The first two weeks were lost due to a “clerical” error that was being blamed on the state. No sense of urgency at all. Best pre owned car buying experience I have had in many years. Thanks to Doug Kitchen and the rest of the staff we are now the proud owners of a new to us 2018 Ford Taurus se with very low miles and a fair… price. The worst dealership in Charlotte don't waste your time spend your hard earned money with a reputable dealer they sold me a car that was in an accident and then passed it off as small cosmetic damage when in reality this accident caused issues and their response was I should have gotten the extended warranty now only a clown would believe an extended warranty would cover damage due to an accident besides the car still had a manufacturer warranty on it for a longer period of time and I'm sure the manufacturer warranty is much better than anything they offer so buyers beware right one auto

BUYER BEWARE!!! GO ELSEWHERE! I did extensive research before deciding on the make and model of used vehicle I wanted to purchase and also vetted the dealership before driving over an hour to purchase my vehicle. I was told about the 150+ point inspection and "complete reconditioning" they perform on each vehicle. I very much respected the way this dealership does business. I had an Equifax score of 540 with a repo but I also had $6k to put down on my Audi. My credit score was based on things that had happened 6+ years… ago and I haven’t used credit since then because I haven’t needed it. The manager was able to work with the bank and secure a loan at a MUCH LOWER interest rate that I had received in the two weeks I had been searching.
