My daughter (who is a college student) took her CHR on 1/28 for a 4:45pm appointment to get a tire checked because the sensor came up. She waited around 2 hours only to be told that NOTHING was wrong with her tire. She also had to purchase a $26 lug nut lock, in the event her tire needed to be removed in the future.
Today (2/1) her tire was completely FLAT and she had to call Toyota road support. AND... they managed to find a VERY OBVIOUS hole in the tire. See picture.
HOW COULD THIS HAVE BEEN MISSED IN THE 2 HOURS IT WAS IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT???

They found my perfect car and then made sure I got to a payment that is within my budget and Kristin in finance (I believe that was her name) was fast and friendly! We came here from out of state so a lot of our dealings were over the phone. Couldn’t ask for better service from the sales managers and the people in Finance. 1/2/22 I saw a 4Runner on their website for just over $50,000 was exactly what I wanted. We drive from Ohio to look at it and when we arrive, they jacked the price to $56,000. I have looked at multiple dealerships and only one other place(Toyota of Orlando) added a premium to the sticker price. Typical car dealer games that I won’t play.
1/3/22 I purchased a nearly identical 4Runner at Toyota of Winter Park in Florida today. Price: $49,649.
1/6/22 Waiting for a reply of the dealership here in the review section. Although, it’s tough to defend their overpricing of vehicles.

I've been here twice and have been disappointed both times. They use a product consultant model which means you meet sometime to talk about the vehicles, then you meet someone else to discuss pricing/close the deal. I get the idea here, but it feels fractured in practice and there is a ton of time spent waiting around for the next step.
The first time I visited this dealership they were substantially higher in final price than other dealers in the area for the same vehicle. They seemed unbothered by this and made no effort to work with me. I ended up purchasing a RAV4 elsewhere.

The experience was great, in that everyone knew and did their job exceedingly well. The gentleman who took me on the test drive was very good at knowing the trucks and getting me what I wanted. Then he passed me off to Paul who was very good at getting me to an agreeable price per month. He and I only had one disagreement that was over lease. I felt a little too pushed in that direction. Otherwise a very amicable experience. The finance lady was excellent I can't rave about her enough, chatty without being too chatty, and personable. I bought a 2020 Camry TRD in December of 2019. I lease the vehicle, so I get courtesy services. Why would I go anywhere else Toyota should be the best place to take my car especially the specific dealership I purchased my vehicle. My oil drain plug was loose and ended up leaking all the oil out on Dec. 28 my car was last serviced Nov. 8 and the… last oil change was in April. Again I can assure you Toyota is the only one that has preformed maintenance on my car I get it for free, but they feel as if they are not accountable for the loose plug. I was told that I am a liar and someone else

I have never been treated with this level of dishonesty and complete lack of respect.
I was trying to pay a deposit over the phone for a new Tundra, that was only scheduled to arrive at dealership 2 months from now. However, dealership continued to ask me to come in for the paperwork, which I struggled to understand as I was willing to pay any size of deposit upon their request.
However, now I fully understand. These guys made me drive all the way down there, only to present me with an offer that was $13,000 OVER STICKER PRICE.

Worst experience ever trying to buy a car for my elderly mother. I called three times trying to complete as much as possible over the phone so she would not have to sit there. Was basically told I was not as important as the customer in the show room. They would not guarantee a call back to give financial information, they told me I needed to… schedule an appointment to start the process. My mother and I came in at our scheduled appointment time. While the employees are all very nice, the service department is inconsistent. I had service done before a long road trip 2 weeks ago and they gave me a list of things that needed to be addressed, one was my battery was at "low charge" (55000 miles on the car). Told them I'd have to wait until after the holidays. I then went to Advanced Auto Parts… a few days later to have my battery tested and it was at 100%. Today, I had service done again and none of the previous things were mentioned but they said my brake fluid needed flushing, doubling the quote I was given at check in. I went ahead

Great experience buying my first vehicle here, a 2022 4Runner. Seamless experience upon arrival from test driving to completing the purchase with Ja’Mia. Everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable about the vehicle, and made the process as easy as possible. Due to current market conditions there was a substantial markup on the price, but the salesman Brian Doyle was able to help in working with us to reach an agreeable number! Would definitely return to purchase another Toyota from this dealer.

I had a good time buying my car here. I think Tony did a really good job handling my dad’s stubbornness. He treated us very well. He was very willing to work with us which was great. Dealing with people can be hard and he made it look easy. The whole process was simple. I would definitely recommend buying a car here.
