Excellent customer sales, service and installation. Purchased a fireplace insert from knowledge sales team. Technician was on time and courteous when he came out and measured. Installers were on time, careful of our property, using precautions to keep area clean and neat. Efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!!

Kudos to Jeff from The Fireplace Shoppe. We needed our fireplace repaired before the holidays as other companies were not able to come out before then. Jeff arrived on time, laid out covers, explained and took care of what needed to be done. Anyone who needs this repair or their HVAC which they service also should definitely give them a call!

Unprofessional. I went to the store schedule a appointment for a estimate for glass to be installed at my residence around my fireplace. They scheduled me 2 weeks out, for later in the day due to my work scgedule then canceled the day before they were supposed to arrive. They said they could come the following day. In the morning, I reminded them I schedule it for the time I could due to work. They said they would call me back so they could check their availability. Never heard back from them. They seemed questionable during the whole process. I should have went with my gut and went some where

Our Heat & Glo Direct Vent Escape 30 fireplace was installed last Thursday. The gentleman performing the service were polite and professional, clearly were seasoned fireplace installers. They put down runners, kept the workplace neat, and even made friends with our Dog, Ernie. Our house is 70 years old - there were several challenges, the old flu had to be cut out, the ash pan went to, nowhere? But they figured it all out and had the install done in one day. Our Heat & Glo fireplace is warming up our home, and gives the house a warmth I have never experienced in this 70 year old, un-insulated home

We had scheduled one of their sales people to come out and provide us with a quote for a wood insert. Our appointment was for Friday between 3-5 PM. After scheduling they set us an email confirmation which had our addressed listed incorrectly which we immediately responded to alerting them they had the wrong address recorded.
At 3:40 we received a call letting us know our guy was 15 minutes away We immediately called back (within 10 minutes) and were sent to vm. We left a VM again confirming our appointment and letting him know the correct address. We waited 40 minutes until 4:30 and called

We called them to find out a problem with our fireplace & they charge us $ 279.90 for that & did cleaning work, and told us they will call us with the price for repair & after 10 days when I called them they says that part is not available & when I checked with Amazon it is in stock & cost is $ 136.00.
This people are not trustworthy, I can not recommend to anyone better to call Fire Tec they repair my fireplace for $ 250. with travel & parts & installation charges.

Early november i stopped in the store to seek information about available products (waited over an hour before the two customers ahead of me were finished - before a rep even acknowledged me) - scheduled an in-house estimate. The day of the appointment - was a no-show by the representative. Called - got some bs excuse why he didnt come out (hello - have you heard about something called a telephone to respectfully inform the prospective customer you had no plans of visiting that day). Worked with Gary from the start of the project. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. This was not a small or simple purchase. We wanted a wood burning stove for our fireplace and my wife and I knew nothing about them. Gary educated us on the best model and features. They came on time the day we scheduled AND finished the entire job in one day. The unit looks amazing works perfectly. The installers were skilled, clean and courteous. Awesome fireplace in this winter storm. I'm warm and cozy as Jason is howling outside, watching the flames dance over the logs, feeling the warmth, and comforted to know that if I lose power my fireplace will still warm my house. Great installation, and with the beautiful white-oak and tile mantel and surround created by Signature Cabinetry, the aesthetics are superb.

Gave them a 50% deposit for installing gas logs. they came out to house to give estimate. was told would take 2 weeks. 1 month goes by; called them. they then scheduled appointment. then told they have to wait for permit, and having trouble getting through stone. And, have no idea when they will come back. Just the facts.
