We recently purchased a really excellent wood stove here. We already were pretty sure we knew what we wanted and had an installer lined up. I was pretty pleased with Fireside overall and would recommend checking them out. My only complaints were I had trouble actually getting to see the models I was interested in and there was a bit of miscommunication on several occasions about what was actually in and some of the details of the product.
The staff were super friendly and pleasant to work with and the models the they carry seem to be great stoves.

We purchased a Mendota fireplace insert from the Chadds Ford Fireside Shop. The entire process was perfect. Great service at the store from our salesman, Darien, and perfect execution by the installation team. Our neighborhood recently received gas service but we only had service to the exterior of the house. The Fireside team had to coordinate getting service into the house - which included permits from our County (made more difficult by COVID) - along with coordination with the Power Company installing a meter. Everything was done flawlessly, and now we are enjoying the Mendota insert. What a

The importance of their customer care shown through on all my interactions with them. This was the case from my initial request to have a clear understanding of the schedule, to the process interactions with the employees on product selection, pricing and the installation. We love our new gas fireplace. We placed our order just prior to the COVID crisis and although there were numerous delays due to the pandemic, Eric, Darien and team at the Chadds Ford Fireside Shop kept us on track. We are very happy with the fireplace. The installation process was as smooth as you could expect during a pandemic. I have no negative comments about the Fireside Shop or the installation, plumbing and electric teams. I would recommend the store to friends. In fact, that is how I learned of Eric was through a friend recommendation.

Chadds Ford was about the fourth place that we visited. Best choice of products with good guidance from Eric. We appreciated that they would handle the entire job and we would not have to deal with multiple contractors. We have just had the Kozyheat fireplace installed (August) so we cannot comment on how well it works but it looks great. The installation was done exceptionally well with excellent attention to detail. The work crew left inside and outside in perfect condition.

Alex & Eric truly exceeded my expectations. I had a custom stainless steel fireplace frame installed on a real wood burning fireplace with stone tile surround and it is truly spectacular! After visiting several other places, they were the only ones that were able to create exactly the modern look I was seeking! Professional, informative, friendly and fast. On time, all work done as quoted. No mess, no fuss. Very reasonable for such high quality work, too! Amazing service from start to finish! Don't hesitate to use them for your next project! I would definitely use again....... Absolutely fabulous
