Halligan's offers a full industry approved service schedule for both vented and vent-free fireplaces. Cleaning of glass, logs, burner(s), pilot assembly, inside of firebox and heat exchanger area if accessible (DV and B-vent units). Our experienced service technician will clean, perform a safety inspection & tune-up for gas fireplaces, stoves, inserts and vented log fires in approximately 1-hour.

We were shopping for options for our fireplace, converting it from its standard wood burning state. Sean was very professional and courteous guiding us through options and their costs. We settled on propane fire logs which looked very realistic, highly rated, in our price range and an item that Halligan's stocks. Sean also recommended a propane company for us to call to set up that installation. So far we're very pleased with this part of the process; will update after installation and project completion.

Great experience at HH and home. Everyone there was very informative and spent a lot of time explaining everything to us. The installation was smooth and the installer was so knowledgeable and educated me on everything I needed to know. We had one small hiccup in the installation process but Dan and his crew fixed it without question. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a gas insert. It was so nice to finally deal with a company who does their job so well.

We purchased our gas log set from Hallinan’s a few years ago. Initially it was working well but after a year or two it was taking longer to come on. We scheduled a service call and Nick came out and fixed the issues.
He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He changed a few things and got it working better than when we first had the set installed.

Needed to get our fireplace gas log insert fixed. Called Halligans a week ago and they had a one month wait list for service but gave us the contact info of a preferred plumber that could get to us sooner. We called the preferred plumber and made an appointment for him to come out a week later. Appointment was set for 9 am today, no call/no show. Called Halligan's 14 times today - no answer. Drove to the store to see if they were still in business. Store is open, but I guess unable to answer the phone. Still no word from plumber who was recommended - even after calling him and asking for an update

I had a great experience with Halligan's from start to finish. I had struggled with another fireplace installer, so I contacted Halligan's for a second quote. They were able to answer all my questions and were clearly very knowledgeable. Within hours they emailed me a quote (which was very competitive), and the next day I gave them a deposit. A few weeks later, Shawn came to my home for a site visit and soon after my fireplace was installed. The installation crew was friendly and professional, and clearly took pride in their work. I wanted to replace a cheap gas log insert from a national chain store that was temperamental and this place seemed to have all the best, long-lasting high end products and the knowledge to go with it. They recommended the best solution, installed it perfectly within two weeks, gave me a guarantee and even came up with a service plan for the years ahead.
