I was getting water inside my house when it rained, so I needed to have my roof replaced. I reached out to LOA and was put in contact with Eric Hampy, whom I worked with for the duration of the project. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions I had (and I had a lot). We were originally going with a CertainTeed roofing system and ran into some supply issues that was going to delay the project. Live in an area that hail storm came through last spring. Kevin came and did an inspection and showed us where the roof was damaged from the storm. He was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. I looked up LOA Roofing online and saw it was local as well as had a lot of testimonials from satisfied customers so they must be doing something right. Had an old roof that needed to be repaired & had hail damage also. Mark Williams worked with my Insurance company and took care of me like a champ. Mark was very knowledgeable and patient with me as well. Overall Mark is a true professional . I am a very happy camper and whatever they are paying Mark Williams it's not enough. Send him to the Fiji Islands all expenses paid for a month.

Cameron with LOA Construction were incredibly helpful! We just purchased a new home and needed a tough roof job completed quickly and cost effectively. Cameron came in with a quote that was WELL below what we had expected, based on research and having spoken with other roofing companies. Gavin and crew were super professional and on schedule from start to finish. They did an awesome job on the roof and gutters and were super clean on the job site. We are new home owners and Gavin walked us through everything clearly and communicated every step of the way so there were no surprises or hidden costs. Just want to say how happy we were with LOA Construction on our roof replacement project. The team was courteous, respectful, informative, patient, and responsive throughout the whole process. Terry, our project manager, was quick to come visit the property after our initial inquiry. He spent quite a bit of time reviewing the job and talking my husband and I through the process before presenting us with a bid. Once we gave the go-ahead, the timing was quick, and happened just as they said it would: Shingles were delivered when expected and the job was done the next day, quickly and efficiently

LOA did an amazing job on our roof replacement after a storm. We filed an insurance claim and Andrew was great at helping me navigate the insurance process. He was even able to get me the gutters I really wanted for less than what I expected. Both the roof and gutter crews were super kind and respectful of our families schedule - we have a baby with an early bedtime. They were efficient, professional and Andrew even came back several times to pick up nails because we have small children who like to run barefoot in the yard. Steve Whitston was our project manager for our roof replacement. He went above and beyond to ensure we as customers were satisfied. He treated our roof replacement as if it were his own. I’m no ordinary… customer, and have hundreds of questions for my contractors. I’m very apprehensive, and research every aspect from underlayment, to roofing materials, technique used, tools. Dan is the guy !! We communicated first time through a recommendation. I thought its just another company but the fact that he was willing to wait and then constant followup made me feel that this company can be tried . Once I got the quote , it was almost 10-15% below market. The quality of job not to say was great as well. Dan along with this crew sent me pictures along the way for progress updates and things were communicated very well all along the way . My house is big and a lot of roof was rotted . When I was getting ready to buy my house I reached out to Clyde from LOA after seeing their advertisements. We spoke on the phone and the very next day he had one of their inspectors out there who was very knowledgable and professional. They gave me a super reasonable quote and when all was said and done, I ended up with a great looking roof that has held up perfectly to the considerable wind, rain, and hail I’ve gotten over the past 6 months.
