The floor store was great to work with. The contractors we had install the flooring were very good and did an excellent job. We had some issues with the product but the floor store took care of it immediately with no hassle. They did an excellent job in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone looking floor flooring.

Great company. No cheap solutions or lazy shortcuts with The Floor Store
We needed a flooring solution to support use of a wheelchair and walker. Old carpet had to be replaced by smooth surfaces and transitions had to be eliminated. The ground floor had partial old oak floors that had turned yellow. Joe came in and installed matching oak where carpet used to be and then refinished all the oak with a contemporary clear coat. It all looks like one original floor and adds value to our home. Upstairs we wanted a tough vinyl floor to coordinate with the oak but still tough enough for the wheelchair

From beginning to end Elmer and The Floor Store staff were a pleasure to work with. Despite having to wait awhile for the flooring we wanted we are so happy we waited. The installers did an amazing job. Professional, Courteous and considerate.

The Floor Store is exceptional. I hired them about 10 years ago and they did an absolutely stunning job, so I hired them again this year for another part of the house because I knew they would do a great job again - and they did - WOW! Wide selection of materials for floors and walls. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Prompt service. We were not sure if the old floor covering in our kitchen had vinyl or not, so a sample was taken from an area under our stove. Reasonable fee for the test, "just to make sure." Looking forward to a new-look kitchen in the near future.

The initial visit with Ken was a great indicator of the exceptional service I was to receive during the process. My dogs instantly were fans! With Ken's help, I picked out beautiful LVT floors.
Dale was the next wonderful person I spoke with as the project coordinator. Again, kindness and knowledge of his craft were apparent.
When Derek, Mason, and Dakota completed the installation in a day and a half I was, pun intended, floored.

I am quite pleases with my experience at the Floor Store. My first visit I connected with Elmer --- And I was focused to see if there was a chance that there might be a chance to find a discontinued rug. In retrospect most unlikely but Elmer did check. As it turn out the options for rug options was quite extensive . And there was a sample that seemed to be exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price. Elmer did keep we well apprised from the estimated cost, the contract and the actual installation process.And addressed my concerns about needing a sealer.

An EXECPTIONAL experience from the beginning to end of our flooring project! First, we had a special floor we really wanted and this team found it. Mostly an okay experience. Julio worked hard by himself on a very hot day and did a good job installing the vinyl planking. Upon “completion” when payment was due, I wasn’t happy with the excuses given my Elmer when I disputed work supposedly done on the estimate and presented bill. If I hadn’t looked at the estimate I would have paid for work not done. Too bad someone providing the estimate cannot come out to verify all work was done as stated, or at least have better communication with what was quoted. Disappointed that I was supposed to get new matching quarter round trim from the selected

The selection of flooring is incredible here! After buying flooring from a big box store (bad idea) and finding out I had 50 boxes of the most mismatched product imaginable I was in a panic about what to do. Thankfully I was working with CW FLOORS, LLC. Chris the owner said he worked with a company that he was sure would be able to help me. He… called The Floor Store and told them my story. He gave them an idea of what I was looking for and asked if they had anything similar to what I was looking for in stock. Sure enough they did. I was lucky enough to win a $1000.00 area carpet from the floor store. From the minute we entered the store we were met with a courteous and knowledgeable sales associate in Jay Potter. He listened to our needs… and help ed guide us to the perfect carpet for our home. We had follow up conversations with Melanie who was also very helpful and professional. Even the person who delivered the carpet went above and beyond our expectations!!! Having had bad contractor experiences before, I was very nervous about choosing a contractor to install carpet in our home. The Floor Store folks were great! A very nice couple came today and installed new carpet in three bedrooms and on the stairs. Both the carpet and the install look very good. We are pleased!
