Bought a truck three weeks ago from integrity auto traded in a car for 8300 that I owed 6000 on leaving me with 2300 for new deposit and I put $1500 cash on top and three weeks later get a bill I owe $100.96 from them the. I call rimma leave message after message about what is this about can you give me a call back and after a week finally get ahold of her and she can’t find me In the system what a joke!!!!

Today we took our son to purchase his first car. After searching for the last seven days we made it to Integrity Auto Sales today and it was the BEST decision we made. Ahmed and Al took such great care of us. One month ahead of a year since I was here. Bought a used car with them. My ride is still a champion thanks to Ahmad- the sale representative. Glad I came here for help when I needed it.

I purchased a 2014 Buick Encore in Novemeber 2018 at that time I know my credit was a little low. I was called multiple times the end of 2020 and the beginning of 2021 to come in and have my car refinance because my credit score improved and I even purchased a home. I went in to meet with the accounting department they again pulled my credit and everything was going well until Mark stepped in the loop and turned me away because of a incident I had with him when I first purchased the car because they are liars and I called him out on it. I had an appt yesterday at 5, shortly after coming in I was greeted with a nasty attitude about an hour into my appt by someone who I assumed was the manager. She was a skinny Caucasian woman, (not trying to come off offensive). This is just the only way I could describe her, being that I never caught what her name name was. She had walked past me several times giving me dirty looks for no reason, (weird) then I overheard her being extremely nasty with one of her employees, she yelled at this particular employee because she gave my 8 year old daughter a snack from the complimentary customer beverage

It's a horrible place to go especially if you know nothing about cars. They will sell you just about anything even though they know the car is not safe to drive. The customer service is horrible. And they like to give ppl the run around no one tells the truth in there. I wish I would've did more research before going to them. Save Time and heartache go somewhere else. I don't understand how they're still in business.

They will easily sell you a car but the thing is if you don't know anything about cars and the inside mechanical aspects of a vehicle, they will sell it to you as is. My brother bought a vehicle from them two weeks ago with major safety issues that still ha don't been fixed. Unfortunately, they would have sold it to my brother as is without trying to fix it first. I know, its a used car dealerships, but don't sell a vehicle and state "there is no problem with it". So no. Don't go here.

Sold me a car without having title to car. Gave me the run around to fix a part on the car. Threw in all kinds of bs charges in the contract. Tried to fear monger me into paying them another 4k. Everything is bad about this place. They are trying to get over on customers in every way possible. I have filed a lawsuit against them. Filed complaints to BBB and DMV investigators. Cant believe faulty fraud bad business like this can exist in 2021. This place is a nightmare think twice if you think this place cares about customers.

Service and quality are terrible.
I purchased a car last year June. But I went to dealer for repair water bump. And they told me my car was salvaged title on my first owner (and I'm a second owner).
They are selling odometer car. But without telling u. Usually odometer problem. Dealer will mark your car salvage title automatically. That will affect u can't get any warranty anymore. Like bump or engine.......

My friend bought a car from there and Enrique Sandoval the manager is not giving her the tags to her car and he wants another $2,000 when in the contract it already shows that she gave them $4,000... he was really rude when she went to try to figure out what the problem was!! MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR RECEIPT WHEN YOU GIVE HIM ANY CASH AMD CHECK THAT THEY WROTE IN THE CONTRACT HOW MU CB MONEY YOU GIVE AS A DOWN PAYMENT!!! In her contract it shows she gave them a total of $4,000 and no where does it show she was suppose to give them $6,000 total!!

Your information will be laundered around the car dealership with several different employees dealing with your paperwork and no one's consistent nor is they correct the manager has no customer service their patients is horrible they will not get to you properly they are false advertising mileages on their website

Bought a vehicle and on the 6th day it broke down. They "fixed" it for us and 2 weeks later same issue again! The vehicle wouldn't even turn on. They made us tow it in AGAIN, to get it "fixed" again.. spend hundreds of dollars towing to their place for it to get fixed and it's still the same.. vehicle doesn't drive or even turn on! We let them know the problems and now have been ignoring us. Apparently they don't fully inspect their cars and make sure they're selling good, WORKING, reliable vehicles! How ironic., integrity auto sales definitely does

I started this review a couple of months ago and I'm glad I waited, because Integrity started with a 5, went to a 1 and I've now settled on a 3. I used to be a sales person, so I know the sale doesn't end when the car drives off the lot. It continues in how you support your customer after the deal is signed.

I hate to start a review with a one star but I cant even fathom the experience at this car dealer. First of all we were there for at least 15 mins before we even made eye contact with one of the employees. Serious buyers with a good down and GREAT credit we researched a car online and came to check it out....Not only were we not treated welcoming no one asked what we were looking for our names our budget or even acknowledged that we were even customers. Went in to buy my moms dream car and that's exactly what we got. We got a great deal for a 2015 sport wrangler Jeep. Good condition with about 33k miles. The trick here was that it was all a surprise for my mother. We took my mom and she test drived the car. Meanwhile I was signing off the paper work with Shawn. He was great; explained the paperwork page by page and went along with the surprise for my mom. When she came back, we gave the her keys to her brand new paid off dream car. We had a great experience here from the good deal with the manger to the paperwork with Shawn.

Would 100% buy another car from Integrity. As soon as we got there someone came to help and was not pushy AT ALL. We came for a specific vehicle and it was exactly as described. They let us take the truck off the lot ourselves for the test drive and the salesperson didn't need to come with us (left copy of driver's license and a phone number). We were even able to negotiate the price and terms which doesn't happen much anymore. We left with the payment we wanted and got great financing. We were there for about 2 hours total which isn't bad at all considering big dealerships

Getting my truck fix today....
Brought my car 3 years later... After an Accident to get it fixed
