I'd give them zero stars if I could.. they sold me a car and the next day the check engine light came on. Brought it back and they couldn't diagnose the issue so I had to take it to a different dealership. Ever since it's been in the shop (not theirs) every other month. No joke!! So infuriating that they buy crap cars at auction and sell them to people! It should be illegal! Then they had the audacity to call me and tell me I was due for an oil change.. like I'd let you touch my car or EVER purchase from you again! Scammers for sure!

Let me run you through my breif consideration of them for my next vehicle purchase, I called them because I saw two vehicles I really like, they told he they didn't know the price on the phone, it wasnt listed anywhere and that I should go in and check them out, I asked for an estimate on the price because I didn't want to waste my time.
Well they didn't have the information so I go in.
I walk in and overall looked like a decent place, manager walked me over to one of his sales people and instantly I asked what the price on the cars was, he had them ON HAND, who would have thought

Took my 2019 Grand Cherokee in unannounced to get a quote for the tailgate centre break light. I had previously been quoted $1100 by the Faircy Boys Dealership. My service advisor was Alex who is extremely professional and knowledgable. He offered to get it looked at there and then in order to obtain a quote. When the tech bought the car back out of the shop I noticed the rear brake light was now seated correctly. This was about to get awkward as I had no form of payment and though I was just getting a quote. Alex explained to me that the amount of time they spent on the vehicle it wasn't

Hello friends.

My father-in-law purchased from these crooks last year. There was a huge dent on the roof that the sales manager new about but the the sales man did not. It was bad and they hid it. Made my father-in-law pay to fix it. That was last year.

Now it has been over a year and he has had nothing but problems with this truck. It has been in the shop about 10 times. We replaced the plugs and other parts related and they looked like they were never replaced.

So many things wrong with it.

If you do not want to be screwed over and nickeled and dimmed then please do not buy anything

I was a lil late to my appt but Greg was able to fit me in for my oil change, and Brandon Bohl was the tech that showed me my cabin filters were due for replacement. I love coming up here to get my vehicle serviced. I'm in and out in no time!! Yay:) I highly recommend this shop

Went in with an idea in mind of buying a car, mostly just browsing for a future transport.
Ended up buy a new car! Honestly I couldn't have done it with out the help of Ruben! Such an incredible person with an amazing energy! This is not my first rodeo when it comes to buying cars, I've dealt with all the snakes imaginable and that's why I'm confident Ruben is just a genuine person. I cannot say enough good things about this business. From the moment I walked in the door to trade in my car, they have treated me like family. I told Ryan what I was looking for and he said he knew just the right car for me. He pulled it up and immediately I knew he was right. They offered us an incredible deal and we were shocked at how personable and welcoming they were. I take it to get the oil changed in the service department, and Greg and Steve take great care of me every time. I will recommend them to everyone I know. What an amazing experience. It had been several months since I visited an I am just now getting to sharing my thoughts. I absolutely loved how welcomed I felt as soon as I hit the doorstep. They have lots of different options to choose from and they really took the time to really listen to what I wanted and needed and set me up perfectly. McCloskey sold me a lemon. I have had the car for one month and it has been in the shop three times and is scheduled for another three days in the shop next week. This is four times in six weeks!! There was a rear main seal leak, the rear view mirror fell off, the glass case holder door fell off, the windshield wipers are the wrong size, the bumper is falling off, it is shifting very hard at take off. The staff was super nice until I bought the car and now will not even return a phone call. When I do get someone on the phone they always have to talk to someone else to get an answer and I just get

Summary: very hard sell tactics, lies, treats you like you are ignorant, does not follow up.

So saw a vehicle online I was interested in. It didn't have a price listed - that should have been my first warning to avoid them. Called to find out price and availability. Receptionist was super nice, but was unable to answer my simple questions - had to have a manager call me. Never got a call back.

Went in later that day since I was in the area. Met with Ryan and he took our info and we did a test drive. Vehicle was good so tried to make a deal - cash buyer so should be super easy. Well

I loved my sales person. He no longer works there. Good for him. He deserved to be treated like a human being and from what I witnessed there, he wasn't. I went there to buy a car, paid $60 to haul in my trade b/c the battery was shot and their sign & radio ads say $4000 for your trade even if you have to push, pull or drag... LIE. That only applies to vehicles they want you to buy. I signed paperwork for a vehicle that I was told was 4-wheel drive. It wasn't. Another LIE. Sales Manager Andrew also said they would take care of some nasty dents and scratches on a vehicle I was going

Don't put too much stock in their reply. The "conversating" they did was to get my phone number. When they did (two days later) give me a price, they were $5,000.00 over priced.

Make your own decision. We bought a car elsewhere.

In my business, you don't get far if you don't respect a client's time. McCloskey didn't respect ours: We made an appointment to come in and see a used Caddy, which, we were informed once on the floor, had already been sold by the time we made our appointment.

We were asked if we "wanted to see anything else." Yeah, right. Like we were going to reward them for a cheesy bait-and-switch. We were out the door the second we heard that. And won't be back. Not for this car or any car in the future.

Ugh, don't do it. Aside from leaving there feeling totally cheated with a vehicle I've already put a lot of repair money into, their service department put the front passenger wheel on WRONG** (Aren't you a car shop? Don't you know better?) which ended up causing major damage.

**They put the lug nuts on backwards. Since lug nuts are not supossed to fit backwards, they had to FORCE them on. The hub was stripped out. When the car was on the block, you could push on the tire and it would wobble. I dont understand what kind of certified mechanic would do this?????? A ten year old
