When kett finally got a hold of me he said he tried several credit unions and I didn’t get approved so I thanked him I called back because I wanted to know why I wasn’t approved and his partner told me that he was in the background over seeing my application and decided not to even turn it in so I was lied to upfront about being denied and then was told my application was never submitted

So I am a first time buyer, looked around on their website, found a really nice Jeep I wanted. Drove all the way up from northern NM just to come check these guys out, when we arrived it was all smiles and a good time. When I drove home with my newly purchased Jeep, I checked the oil, coolant, and other engine liquids to see how they were. It was my mistake I didn't check before signing the paperwork, but the engine oil dipstick was DRY as a bone. The coolant reservoir was also empty, I'm lucky I made it home and was able to refill it and get the levels back up to normal. After this, I noticed
