I was nervous, at first. This is my first vehicle I have purchased on my own (divorce). Joe was very nice. He explained everything to me and made sure I understood all the paperwork prior to completing the sale. He even saved me a trip by hooking me up with insurance right there and it even ended up costing less than the first quoted price I got. The whole process took probably less than 2 hours and I got to drive away with my new (to me) car when we finished. I can see now that I was nervous for no good reason. I would absolutely buy another vehicle from Joe and I will definitely be recommending

Very manipulative and dishonest sales managers (Anthony and Joe Venezia). They had asked to purchase winter boots from me on fb marketplace and we pre-agreed on a price. Before leaving my house, i confirmed the price. When i arrived after driving across town, though, he tried to change the price on me. When I told him no, he said he didnt want them anymore and walked off. If thats how they handle transactions of under $100, i cant imagine how they handle car sales. I definitely wouldnt trust them

I bought a car from joes and my mother as well. All Joe’s does it get car from the auctions and rig them together to get them working. I have an impala from there and they said it was in perfect condition a month later the car was over heating and stopped working I ask to trade he said no that not his problem no more. Not only that but my mom got a BMW from there and her driving shaft broke and she payed them to fix it they said they fixed it but just rigged it together. Not only that but my mom driving shaft broke completely she told him he need to do something about it because e rn yes said

Joe's auto sales was grate. I came to look at a car and was helped right away. I was able to explain my need for a car and my not so grate situation and was helped.
