Bought a 2015 f150 2nd day after purchasing, it started to have smoke come out the exhaust while idling. Looked like a smoke machine.
Took it in cause of that great warranty they promise. After a couple weeks finally determined the engine had some major issues. Decided to have it replaced. Because of covid their was a delay on the motor. So Dean said he would buy back the truck and give my down-payment back and trade in value towards something else. When I sat down to finance all they where giving me was the 1500 for the trade in and not the 3500 down payment. THESE GUYS ARE WILL NOT DO WHATS

We went in to Mile High Car Company with a budget in mind and we left with exactly what we wanted. Steve worked hard to get the numbers just right on the vehicle we needed. First time we've ever purchased a vehicle and drove it off the lot the same day. Great service by Steve and the rest of the crew. The only reasons for 4 stars instead of 5 are: the car hadn't been detailed and we discovered when we got home that it was a quart low on oil. Otherwise, great transaction.

My family and I made a visit last week just thinking we were going to get our old car that was on its last legs appraised to trade in and look at our options. Amy was extremely helpful!
