Sean McCullough was the best at helping me find the right jeep. I didn't like the loud normal sounds that a jeeps makes when driving. I was giving up but then he suggested I take a look at the Sahara 4XE Hibrid. He turned it on and I was hooked. I couldn't even tell it was running. He then showed me a 2021 that was in route (my current lease was ending) and I had to snap it up. He kept in touch with me until the vehicle was delivered. I have never purchased a vehicle online before so this was a first for me, the Team at Faricy Boys were friendly, helpful and made my purchase go very smoothly, I flew in from Texas to pick up the car and they (Adam) met me at the airport, took me right to the front door and to the exact person I needed to see (Brandon) who was very knowledgeable and we completed the transaction within a few minutes. Called and scheduled an appointment for 7:30. We got right in and Courtney Martinez, the Express Lane Supervisor, answered several questions and helped me with my Jeep Fob. And then he offered a 3 plan deal for normal service activities and verified an even greater discount for the plan. We have leased two Jeeps from The Faricy Boys now. One of them (Renegade) we purchased at the end of the lease and went back for the Gladiator. Both times we worked with Tom Dominguez, who is amazing! He is patient, answers all your questions and keeps you informed throughout the entire process. We usually have no issues going to Faricy for maintenance. However, this last time was less than awesome due to the rep trying to guilt trip us into getting new tires by talking about our baby seat in the back. Belle bringing up our son's life risks after he was in the hospital for 6 weeks was very discomforting, especially when our tires are nowhere near the condition she described. She said "one good pothole and your car is totaled." Not necessary to use scare tactics to make sales. Unsure if we will return unless Courtney is around.

Wandered around the parking lot for about 30 minutes and looked at one vehicle for at least 20min no one came out, no one greeted me, no one asked to help. Came into the sales tower and was inquiring about a used Gladiator , the sales manager was flippant and said they don't negotiate price. It's unfortunate they don't negotiate and they have a crappy sales force. I was a done deal and had $50,000 cash in my Mercedes to buy a car today... dont waste your time here. In Feb '21 had them do a basic transmission fluid/filter service while getting $2k+ in other work done. Have never had any problem with transmission. Picked up car from them, and as I was driving home transmission slipped a couple times when accelerating after a stop - had NEVER done that before. Parked it til next day, checked trans fluid level, didn't even read anything on the dip stick! Added fluid - turns out they had left me two full quarts of trans fluid short!

Purchased a used Jeep through Faricy Boys, they have a "no hassle, no haggle" pricing system... what you see is what you pay... you can't talk them down at all. Today was an unusual, unpleasant experience. My service advisor was Branan, I had an appointment for 9:15am and I arrived and spoke with him a little after 9am. He told me 2-3 hours for an oil change and alignment. I waited until around 12:20pm and went up to Branan and asked if there was any update. He went to where the alignments are done and came back to tell me it was being test-driven and would be ready very soon. 30 minutes later I watched my jeep leave the lot and immediately after Branan told me that it was on the rack being fine-tuned and was just about done.
