Rick was nice but heather the finance manager was inappropriate and was deceptive on the contract. My daughter had financing with her credit union and the finance manager just pushed through the application without doing the finance through her bank so she ended up having a 10% when she could have had 5%. She also lied and said that she knew the bank manager because they went to high school together she was rushing and she just was arguing with me the whole entire time as I was trying to explain to my daughter about buying a car in the process so every page we stopped through the contract so I

I cannot believe buying a car was that easy. I have had many occasions of buying a car that was an all day process. Not my experience at Red Noland, specifically working with Kevin and Josh. Contacted them about a car on the lot, they had the keys waiting for a test drive when I got there in and out in like 10 min. The sent me the offer while on test drive, and I pretty much brought it back, signed the pre-filled out paperwork and that was it. Even working with Heather at finance was lightning quick. We had our young children with us so we were in and out. This is the 4th vehicle I have bought

Great expierience at Red Noland! Probably the fastest car purchase i have ever had!! Past expieriences have been 4-6 hours in the dealership. They had us taken care of in no time! Who likes shopping for cars? It is usually unpleasant on so many levels. Except (as I recently found out)...at Red Nolan. They answered all my questions about their car I was interested in...They were very professional in doing the trade-in/buy dance and I felt we arrived at a place that we both were happy with everyone still in an upbeat mood. The paperwork aspect was very expedient and they were not pushy with additional services and explained all the paperwork prior to signing. Overall, it was a great experience (for car buying). Every one of the staff that I came across was warm and friendly

We had thought about buying another car, but our last experience buying a car in the Denver area was so awful , we kept putting it off. But in looking at the paper on saturday we saw a car that sounded like something we would really be interested in. We called and talked to Craig and made an appointment for that afternoon. We met Craig and really liked him- not pushy at all. We took the car for a test drive, loved it and after getting a very fair price quote for our trade-in decided to buy the car. This was the best buying experience in our life! We just dealt with Craig and not a string of people

Great service! As soon as I arrived, I was greeted and welcome in. I worked with two salesmen (Rick and another) and they where both very knowledgeable and gave me information on the history of the vehicles.
