Came in looking for a cheaper car because my credit is unfortunately not too good I came in and was instantly greeted by a man named wadee and I instantly was provided great customer service and was showed several different cars to where I finally decided on a 2014 Toyota Carolla I have never experienced such great customer service and honestly wouldn’t ever recommend anybody else if you are looking for a quick and honest transaction as it should be

Got a 2013 clean Mustang. My man went over and beyond trying to get me in that vehicle. I had a great and easy experience buying my car here. They say they only sell cars with clean title and the make sure all their cars are in good order before selling them. The owner, also the mechanic, does an inspection and does needed maintenance or repairs before cars go for sale. I bought a low miles, one owner car in fantastic condition at a good price. I came in with a pre-qualified loan and they used their connections with local and big banks to find financing for me that almost matched my pre-qualified loan so I could drive the car off the lot that day, which is what I did. Almost bought a car! The older dude was rude af. You can't test drive unless you qualify for a loan and a credit check completed with a high credit score. Never coming back. We just walked away. Sad thing is my daughter's first car buying experience was met with a rude sales guy and we actually wanted to buy the car!

It's terrible that you guys rip people off and take their money. Especially when you know they have a baby on the way! You lied about the vehicle being current in registration. When in fact, it was 5 years behind. You didn't take care of the smog, and then when it was brought to your attention about the horrible things you and your salesmen are doing, you blame the customer, lie to them, and tell them to stop calling. You have been reported to the BBB, and the DMV fraud department is aware of the situation!! I hope they take your license away!! You do not deserve

I generally don't trust dealerships (or write reviews). I feel dealerships are modern day scam artists. I came to Jala to see if I could trust them and after several "tests" they passed! Test one: my car was dead. Their auto mechanic, Issa, brought it back to life and got me back on the road. Even towed my car from my house to their shop (note: they are not even in auto mechanic business). I told them I wanted a specific car (test 2) that they didn't have on their lot and to sell my vehicle (test 3). They went and found that specific car and sold my old vehicle for me. What

We were very happy with the car we purchased at a wonderful price!! The young sales guy was friendly and easy to work with. If you are looking for a COVID safe environment....this NOT the place for you. There were several employees not wearing masks and the office it self was disgusting. I'm not joking, there were rusty rat traps sitting on a chair in the office. We went and got tested for COVID after our visit last week. It's really unfortunate that the place was such a dump, otherwise we would buy another car from them:(

I had a great experience purchasing my 2011 Jeep Rubicon from Jala Auto Sales. Wadee and Essa helped me along every step and were very thorough. They worked with me to find the best interest rate and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. My Jeep is in awesome condition - they went above and beyond to ensure I got a quality car. Most of the other dealerships I went to spray painted the underside/body of their jeeps to hide rust etc. Jala did not cover anything, nor did they need to, because there was no rust on the underside and no mud in the engine. Great experience! Everyone's super helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help us finance our first car. My husband and I'm first time buyers with okay credit scores so it was tough to getting approved; however, the sales rep whom I don't even know his name, tried his best to get us approved. I didn't feel rushed whatsoever. I was given a quote before making any decisions. The car fax was also given to me and the sales rep says we can always come back after we put some thoughts into it. I noticed a truck online sold at this dealership at a very good price. I called and talked to a guy named Carlos, he was very nice and informed me that his boss was driving the truck & couldn't sell it right away.
