They caused damage to the walls and corners in almost every room they cleaned. Contacted them multiple times but they refuse to take responsibility after more than a month. I recommend using another company that will take better care while cleaning your home or business.

Used to get an allergy attack almost every day when I came home. One visit from these guys solved that and I haven't had one in the house since! They got almost all spots removed and one place that was almost all black looks like new.

ProCare did an excellent job with our carpets. We have white carpets that pick up a lot of dirt and stain. They were able to get them clean and looking great. I would highly recommend them

I had them come clean a sofa. They did a good job cleaning the seat cushions, but the first guy left so much water and residue in the backrest. I called again a Rick came out to fix it. It looks better than new. Very pleased with the work that the serviceman named Rick performed. I would specifically call and request him if you’re in the Ogden/ Weber county area.

I just had my carpet cleaned. Procare did a great job for a reasonable price. The lady on the phone was nice and set me up an appointment the very next day. I’m happy overall, carpets looks great.

Terrible service. Had an appointment at 10:00 a.m. Called the office at 10:20 when no one had showed up. They were basically unapologetic and said they didn't know when the tech would arrive. He finally got to my house at 12:15---OVER TWO HOURS LATE---and then proceeded to nickle and dime every extra dollar he could out of us. He even miscounted my stairs and tried to charge extra for stairs we don't even have. When I protested and suggested that he take off the up-charge given the fact that he was more than two hours late, he was rude about it and basically said take it or leave it. We asked him

I have used them several times and have been so impressed! It always looks amazing and they have great customer service. I haven't had a cleaner I haven't liked, but Rick is fantastic! I request him every time now. I won't use another company.
