Services
With respect to repair work on products under warranty, we will work within the guidelines of the warranty making sure that our repair work does not does not disrupt the warranty of the product. We seldom run into these issues, but try to be as proactive as we can with products under warranty. Our service and maintenance is supported through services performed whether it be one time, monthly, weekly or bi-weekly service.

Do not use AZPoolExpert. The new owner doesn't know what he's doing. He rarely responds to calls, emails or texts. If he responds he'll tell you he'll be there on a certain day and doesn't show up, doesn't call. Nothing my pool is green and he abandoned me. It's summer and I can't use my pool. There are many other pool servicers. AZPoolExpert changed ownership. You will not get good service with the new owner. Beware!!!!

Howard has been a God-send for me. He's picked up chlorine tablets for me after my shoulder surgeries, he brushes my pool during repairs just because he knows it's difficult for me, he is very good at his job and extremely kind, warm and personable. He is readily available and always seems to find a way to fit me in regardless of how busy his business and personal life are. He only does what's needed and doesn't "up sell." My only complaint is that he usually undercharges me Highly recommended!

If I could give Howard a 100 star rating, I would. After calling several so called pool cleaning companies and not even get a courtesy callback I found Howard In the Ahwatukee newspaper. I called and left a message and he called me back the same day. He came back the next day and true to his word he never charged me for this. He answered all my questions and my problem was due to my human error. He showed me what I was doing wrong. He is so honest. I will definitely recommend him to all my friends with pools.
