Pool tech canceled July 1:
Hi this premier pools due to a family emergency today I will be servicing your pool tomorrow
Note: My Health Care person stayed overtime three hours to represent me with the pool tech.

I received a nicely done mailing from Premier in the mail. I called and asked some questions and hired them on a weekly basis and for a tile clean. My tech showed up a week early, but that was ok. I just hadn't told the current cleaner I had hired another service. The tech cleaned the pool and I asked if everything was the same as it was when you came. He assured me it was.

Kayne is awesome. Very responsive & honest. I've had pool companies come out before and try to up-sell us on a bunch of stuff the whole time instead of addressing our concerns & answering our questions... not Kayne! Our pool was really green (we kinda let it go and didn't test the water for awhile), he came out and had our pool back to sparkly blue in 2 days!

I called Kayne to clean my pool filter. Kayne was on time and efficient. And, his pricing is fair. I am new to AZ so, I had many questions, specifically, about the calcium build up on our pool tile.
