It happened again. I called so many "professionals" who don't answer their phone, or return calls, or come when they say will or do the job, my pool turned green while waiting for them all to get to work.

My dad has been using Poolside of AZ for some time, and has been happy with their service. When I finally got a house with a pool of my own, I took his advice and called these guys. First things first, I wanted a fresh start. Had the pool and spa drained and acid washed. Painless. Next, I had a couple of the valves in the system replaced as they were seized.
Admittedly, I knew nothing of how to operate the complicated maze of valves (spa, water feature, pool sweep, etc) so I asked the gentleman to give me a run down. My man Steve F took his time to show me how everything worked, and was very patient

PoolSide did a great job resurfacing our pool with the mini-pebble product. Saro provided excellent advice on the specific type of surface to get and matching tile that will not show a calcium stain. We also got a dedicated return line and a more efficient pump. They added labels and arrows on the pipes near the pump. Their cost was lower than two other companies I contacted.

We thought we had an underground leak from our pool and called poolside. They came out and were pretty sure it wasn't a pool leak. There was a huge wet spot next to the pool every morning after the pump had been running so I was still convinced we had a leak. After they did some basic tests, one of the guys mentioned that we might have a sprinkler spraying from a neighbor's yard into ours. Sure enough, at 5:30 the next morning, there was a fountain of water coming from the neighbor's yard.

Saro and PoolSide of AZ is exactly what you want when it comes to a Pool Service. Very Knowledgeable, Clean, professional, and a high quality of work. They even go ABOVE and BEYOND. I had a failed pool filter, that my Home Warranty did want to pay for, and Saro got on the phone with the company to explain exactly why the sun baked filter was split and had failed. He wasn't going to be the guy who got to replace the filter, but he did it anyways. I've referred him to friends around the valley, and they have all raved about him as well.

I've been a customer of Poolside of AZ for the past 5 years after having 4-5 other pool companies in a two year span prior to Poolside of AZ. I have a really difficult pool due to trees surrounding it. Basically, no other pool companies other than Poolside of AZ are able to keep it consistently clean. Furthermore, this team is the first pool company where I actually believe their advice as I never feel like they are trying to "sell me" something I don't actually need.

I had a great experience with this company. I attempted to remove the salt cell from my pool plumbing system and cracked the PVC pipe in the process. I reached out to PoolSide of AZ and received a reasonable quote with a suggested repair date several hours after I made contact. I initially reached out to Chris who provided the quote. Steve was the service professional who completed the work. Steve was very professional and informative in explaining the work completed. The plumbing system was altered to be more efficient and is also more aesthetically-pleasing. I highly recommend PoolSide of AZ

Working with PoolSide was fantastic. They were friendly, quick to reply, and knowledgeable. They made a correct diagnosis on my pump and gave me great information on maintaining my pool myself. Steve Fix did excellent work with a chlorine wash and chemical reboot. He was very accessible about what was needed and what he was doing. I'll definitely be working with them next time I need any assistance and will be referring them as well.

I'm so thankful to these amazing guys who came out and did a detailed inspection of a huge foundation crack in the pool and a skimmer leak. They are so very knowledgeable and so kind. They took time to explain everything... did detailed tests to see how bad the leaks were and were fast to fix this. These were HUGE jobs... HUGE and they were absolutely phenemonal! It looks better than before the repairs. I'm so impressed with their work and we got numerous quotes and they were able to beat them. I highly recommend this company for so many reasons. We "inherited" Saro and his crew when we purchased our home in Willo. The seller was very happy with their service and we saw no reason to look elsewhere.
